I called to refill a Banfield only fish oil for my dog and was told the vet was gone for the day and the vet would need to see my dog in order to refill. Unfortunately they were booked for tomorrow (Sunday) and Morgan, the rude receptionist hung up on me! Seems a total scam to require an appointment to refill a fish oil that many other Banfield Hospitals have refilled! Miss Morgan should learn some customer service skills.

I haven't had to deal with them too much honestly, but my dog had a wellness plan through them and I never had any problems with getting his flea pills or at his check-ups. I recently had to make the decision to put him down due to his significant problems and his old age, and they handled the process very well in my opinion. I had never had to do anything like that before and it was a very emotional process for me to go through, and they were very sympathetic towards me, gave me time to be with him before and after the euthanasia and explained the process very well to me as they did everything. I really appreciated the kindness and patience that they showed me in the darkness of it all.

I have had 2 awful experiences back to back and when I told the front desk I wouldn't be rescheduling the apts and I would take my pets elsewhere, she yelled at me! She told me no vet would be able to touch my pets if I didn't take them there. I also used the drop off service and she made a comment about me not being there. If you don't want people to drop off their pets, then why would you have that service available?! I would NOT recommend this place.

I'm very happy my Australian Cattle Dog, Skeeter has a great company to go to! We go to Evansville mainly, but we travel & have gone to several other Banfields! I feel good knowing I'll have somewhere to take him if needed. Evansville location is great! From the reception, to the techs & the Vets--all are great with animals, patient, knowledgeable & answer all questions I have. I love how they take him to the back room for any procedure so he doesn't associate the exam room with any fear. I'm very pleased with their health plans they offer too. Very affordable. I recommend Banfield to all my friends & family.

Not satisfied. The only thing I was happy with was the front desk help. I took my dog in for an exam to her checked over for the season and they tried to tell me my year and half old pit/lab mix is over weight at 59 lbs. and my I mention she's only gain 1 lb since her last visit. Then right off the bat started to throw wellness plan upgrades in my face. I'm sorry but it's a scam save your money.

If I could leave these people negative stars I would! They killed my dog. Do not ever take your pets here to have any sort of surgery even if they tell you it's routine! The vet was on the phone with another vet during the surgery because she had no idea what she was doing. And also didn't have the proper equipment to do the surgery. Idiot!
Please save your fur babies and take them elsewhere.

Wow I am never ever taking my pets here ever again. I took my 2 dogs to get their rabies booster and their parvo/distemper shots and I am beyond displeased. First one of my dogs had a really severe allergic reaction to one of his shots. His little face swelled up to where it was really huge and stiff and he could barely see out of his eyes. I had to call an emergency vet to figure out what to do with him cause of course Banfield was closed. Then my other dog has a huge bruise that takes up his whole thigh and is burgundy from where he received the rabies shot then I checked my other dog who had the allergic reaction and he had a giant bruise too! I've also never heard of the vet giving a rabies shot in the rear leg either.I would be very wary of this place the treatment that my pets received was horrible. I would definitely not go back.

I called to refill a Banfield only fish oil for my dog and was told the vet was gone for the day and the vet would need to see my dog in order to refill. Unfortunately they were booked for tomorrow (Sunday) and Morgan, the rude receptionist hung up on me! I haven't had to deal with them too much honestly, but my dog had a wellness plan through them and I never had any problems with getting his flea pills or at his check-ups. I recently had to make the decision to put him down due to his significant problems and his old age, and they handled the process very well in my opinion. I had never had to do anything like that before and it was a very emotional process for me to go through, and they were very sympathetic towards me, gave me time to be with him before and after the euthanasia and explained the process very well to me as they did everything. I really appreciated the kindness and patience that they showed me in the darkness of it all.

I have had 2 awful experiences back to back and when I told the front desk I wouldn't be rescheduling the apts and I would take my pets elsewhere, she yelled at me! I'm very happy my Australian Cattle Dog, Skeeter has a great company to go to! We go to Evansville mainly, but we travel & have gone to several other Banfields! I feel good knowing I'll have somewhere to take him if needed. Evansville location is great! I took my dog in for an exam to her checked over for the season and they tried to tell me my year and half old pit/lab mix is over weight at 59 lbs. and my I mention she's only gain 1 lb since her last visit. Wow I am never ever taking my pets here ever again. I took my 2 dogs to get their rabies booster and their parvo/distemper shots and I am beyond displeased. First one of my dogs had a really severe allergic reaction to one of his shots. His little face swelled up to where it was really huge and stiff and he could barely see out of his eyes.
