We had our dog Gracie seen by staff at Chateau for the past few years. Everyone was always very polite and treated her with kindness. Unfortunately, Gracie’s age and health issues finally caught up with her last week, and we had to help her move on to a better place. The folks at Chateau helped us in doing that. I just wanted to point out that Octavia, the lady who called us back from the waiting room and guided us through this sad process , could not have done a better job of comforting myself and Gracie. She was truly upset but remained professional.
When Dr. Christmas came in the room to perform the procedure, she also did an exceptional job , despite the nature of our visit. Once the procedure was finished, Octavia, with help from another employee, carried Gracie out and placed her in our vehicle. She genuinely showed true compassion , while holding her emotions in check, and we will always remember that.

The doctors always know how to help with stressful events, and how to make them easier for pet and client. My pets are a big priority in my life, like my kids. Our pup came down with parvo last year and it was such a scary experience. We were referred to Chateau and took him there without really knowing anything about it. The staff was amazing and cared so much for our Zeus. He was there for three days and made a full recovery. I definitely owe his life to the staff. Great place to take your pets.

We brought our cat to Chateau Dog & Cat Hospital to treat an aural hematoma after reading the "rave" reviews online. Our experience was quite different, and I wish we had taken her elsewhere. Not only were we grossly overcharged, but our baby was returned wearing the same E-collar and gauze(which was then dirty and had lost elasticity) from when we brought her in for surgery. It was unsanitary and unprofessional. Now, I am left feeling angry about the amount of money I spent for the lack of care she received.

I have dealt with Dr. Randy Davis and his staff for the last twenty years and can honestly say he is one of the most genuine, caring and knowledgeable veterinarians I have ever dealt with. I have had brand new puppies and old dying dogs and he treats them all with respect and dignity. He is a dog/cat lover himself and has patience and empathy with all animals. His staff is outstanding, including his wife, Gayle who sometimes brings my dogs med's home to make it more convenient for me!
I would highly recommend their entire office for any pet's needs. They have been a God send to me.

We had our dog Gracie seen by staff at Chateau for the past few years. Everyone was always very polite and treated her with kindness. Unfortunately, Gracie’s age and health issues finally caught up with her last week, and we had to help her move on to a better place. The folks at Chateau helped us in doing that. I just wanted to point out that Octavia, the lady who called us back from the waiting room and guided us through this sad process , could not have done a better job of comforting myself and Gracie. She was truly upset but remained professional.

We brought our cat to Chateau Dog & Cat Hospital to treat an aural hematoma after reading the "rave" reviews online. Our experience was quite different, and I wish we had taken her elsewhere. Not only were we grossly overcharged, but our baby was returned wearing the same E-collar and gauze(which was then dirty and had lost elasticity) from when we brought her in for surgery. It was unsanitary and unprofessional. Now, I am left feeling angry about the amount of money I spent for the lack of care she received.

I have dealt with Dr. Randy Davis and his staff for the last twenty years and can honestly say he is one of the most genuine, caring and knowledgeable veterinarians I have ever dealt with. I have had brand new puppies and old dying dogs and he treats them all with respect and dignity. He is a dog/cat lover himself and has patience and empathy with all animals. His staff is outstanding, including his wife, Gayle who sometimes brings my dogs med's home to make it more convenient for me!
I would highly recommend their entire office for any pet's needs. They have been a God send to me.
