I have had all my dogs (3) serviced at this location and although not all of our results/appointments were positive, the staff and Dr. Graves always, ALWAYS, empathize with the customers and never pressure a decision. I had a very hard day, of my dog molly getting hit by a car. It is a sunday and my normal vet was closed so i called Bridgeview and they got me in right away. The staff was very friendly and great with Molly, she really took to her vet tech Lydia. Without a doubt, Bridgeview is the best vet in the Indianapolis area! We saw Dr. Campbell for years and she was attentive, caring, and gave our pup great medical care. We saw several vets in Indy (who were all fine) before trying Bridgeview, Even though we had to drive about 30 minutes to get there, it was well worth it for the care we received. What's great about Bridgeview/Dr. Campbell is that they give sound medical advice but never pressure you. They always keep budget in mind and provide honest guidance on which medications & treatments are worth the money and which can be avoided. Their services are very competitively priced, yet their office is very nice and clean and the equipment is up-to-date — it's the nicest vet's office we've visited and again we've been to quite a few. Sadly, we no longer live in the area and don't see Dr. Campbell regularly. However, we have returned for dental cleanings because their cleanings are the cheapest we've found in the region. This is the best vet you will ever go to. We just moved here and needed a vet in an emergency. We googled the closest vet and drove straight there unannounced. They swooped our Katie from our arms and immediately started working on her. Whitney at the front desk was so wonderful and welcoming. Dr barringer and Lydia were so compassionate to my husband and I and treated our Katie like a princess. We moved here from Michigan 4 weeks ago and needed a vet as close as possibly last night do to our miniature schnauzer all of a sudden struggling to breath.  We googled and found Bridgeview and literally ran into their office and they swooped our baby up and immediately took her and started working on her.   Absolutely the most caring staff we have ever met.  Dr Barringer and Lidya were amazing.  Unfortunately we lost our baby but this staff was so wonderful and treated us with such compassion and our baby like a princess.  We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for trying to save our sweet Katie!!! Dr. Stephanie Barringer is wonderful. I brought my 17 year old Beagle in for evaluation. Though, I know I will not have him much longer, she reviewed all the options with me in such a kind, honest and non-judgemental way. I really appreciated her honesty, expertise and wonderful caring manner. Her assistant, "Hope", was wonderful too. She outlined all of the costs before the exam and blood work to allow me to make the financial decision I needed to make. Our dog is incredibly anxious at the vet. This hospital does a fantastic job taking care of him! Brad is unbelievably patient with him and took the time to talk through the different options available to treat our dog safely and make his appointments as comfortable as possible. Not only does my dog receive a special card with when her vaccinations are due, there is an app that I can use to request appointments, and the response time back is fast.
