Dr. Cloud and his staff are great. Dr. Cloud is extremely easy to talk to and treats you and your pet with care. We have been a number of times for different issues with our dachshund, and he is very personable and informative. I have been going to Brookschool road for many years, starting with my Yellow Lab Gracie. As she got older and cancer, hip problems etc etc started happening Dr. Collins was there with us the whole way and through many tears, she is very caring and knowledgeable about every issue that arises, after 16 years of love and care my Gracie lost her battle but was a trouper through it all. After several years of not getting another dog, the time finally came when a little Boston Terrier Emma came into our lives. It was without a doubt where we would take her, Brookschool Road, Allisonville and Carmel locations. When I first brought Emma in for her puppy shots I requested Dr. Collins, when she saw us she gave me a hug and we both cried, I said "Here we go Again". I know Emma is in the best hands with her and the whole staff. We also had to have our cat of 18 years put to sleep, Dr. Brown was with us through the whole decision and assured us that the time had come to let her go. Thank you all for everything you do. Initially, I started at Brooks School Vet because it was convenient. Shortly thereafter, my dog injured her eye and had emergency treatment that culminated in a week or so in some eye surgery all taken care of there. That was three or four years ago, and I almost look forward to my appointments with them. Needless to say, my dog doesn't necessarily share my enthusiasm, but skittish as she is, the staff there are able to calm her, and over the years she has stopped squealing and howling when they even come near her. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this practice and can't recommend them highly enough. My roommate has his cocker spaniel groomed there, too, after trying out three or four others, and the one at Brooks School is the only one who can follow instructions. We brought our new adopted kitty Luna in for an appointment after switching vets (old vet didn't care, wasn't knowledgable, might've cut one of our animals lives short), and we loved it here! The staff were all passionate and informed on cat basics and needs. It didn't feel like they had to keep running to ask the vet questions because they had no answers themselves. The vet was also great! She was confident and seemed to have been through a lot of the problems we faced or at least she had read up on it. We had some adjustment issues with our new kitten with our other cat and dogs and they gave us great advice on how to integrate them and what to expect with a new cat in the house. The Feliaway diffuser and different litter options were great in helping her adjust to home life. We will definitely be back for our other animals soon! 100% reccomend them! Read Less

I have taken my Yorkie to the Brookschool Road Vet Clinic for over 11 years. He has received excellent care from various Vets over this period of time. Most recently, Dr. Cloud helped us through the healing process post dog attack and a severe reaction to a medication. The entire staff have been extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We visit the groomer monthly and she has consistently fulfilled any requests we have. My dog actually gets excited to go see "Amy." I appreciate the report card monthly from the Vet who keeps me informed of his weight, eyes, ears, etc. during grooming. I have also taken my dog to the affiliated hospital after hours and have received excellent care there, as well. I have not even considered taking my dog anyplace else! Read Less

I recently started taking my 8 week old puppy here. I was very impressed with Dr. Lee. Not only did she treat my pup with lots of love, but she took time to answer all of my questions. She really has a dog's best interest in mind when advising pet owners. After receiving two booster shots, the clinic called the next day to check on my pup's status. Dr. Crowe is great! We made the switch from another vet after being told my dog probably had lymphoma. My dog was in dire straights and we didn't have much hope. Dr. Crowe listened to our concerns and put our dog on another antibiotic. 6 weeks later now, our dog has completely turned around and is on the mend! Had we listened to the other vet, we most likely would've elected to have her put down because we didn't want to see her suffer. I can't thank Dr. Crowe enough!! I won't go anywhere else now! DR. Cloud is the very best vet I have ever had. He figured out my cat's daily vomiting problems (for years) when no other vet could. He actually gave my cat two extra years of life which were his best quality years ever. He takes great care of my two cats that I have now. He has given my dog an ACL reconstruction which healed properly and takes the time to really hear what you are saying. He sits down on the ground at the dogs' level and finds the best value for you. She takes the time to listen, love, research, care and make the lives of our four legged children the best they can be! She treats them like her own.
