Our Daisy was very sick and putting her down was the hardest thing I have ever done. The staff and doctor were wonderful. They were patient, kind, caring and showed so much empathy. I can not imagine how I would have been able to say goodbye to Daisy if they were not as caring as they were.I know she was in good hands and she passed quickly and peacefully thanks to them

This vet clinic doesn't care about animals. This clinic is purely in the business to make money. The vets are not friendly , not even toward the animals. If you don't blindly take every preventative they throw at you, then you are treated poorly. I used to love this clinic back when they were new which was 15 years ago.
The employees are rude and bossy. They have a lot of people working behind the desk and none of them are friendly. The vet techs are not even friendly. They are always advertising for employees so something is amiss at this place if they can't keep employees.
Wait times are 3 weeks to get in. I will never go back. The vets think they are God and above everyone else.

My mom has been taking our pets here since I was little I am now 34 it's a great place but like everywhere else has its flaws. Recently one of her dogs got loose and she has been on the hunt for him, doing everything in her power to get him back. He is microchipped but the info was not up to date or didn't show up. Someone brought him in to have him scanned but it didn't show any info. They have updated info and he does have an owner so if anyone knows who has him or you were the one that brought him in please contact my mom at 502-424-0763. He is a Yorkie mix, brown/reddish color. He is a small breed about maybe 10 lbs.

They disfigured a whole promising x11 litter of performance/show weimaraners. We took them in for tail docking on 4/13/20 and had pre marked their tails with permanent marker and gave explicit directions on what we desired and they voiced they understood. Breed standard is 1 1/4 for full 6in growth...they cut to their anus. This not only has potential for nerve damage but faults them in the show ring and performance on point in the field. When we inquired why they didnt dock to our request we were met with hostility and told they did they best the could and aired on side of caution and docked short. If they aired on side of caution and questioned then they should have given us a call back. We werent allowed back due to restrictions with shutdown due to covid-19. Instead of an apology and admittance to their wrongdoing they dismissed us from their clinic for services for our complaint. That was our THANK YOU for years of investment and sending clients their way, not to mention thousands we invested.

Dog moms worst nightmare. Still missing my boy 3 months later and I share my experience with everyone. My dog was taken back for a chest x ray and brought back out to me unresponsive/dead. Poor handling choices where made by the staff during his x ray that resulted in his death. Go anywhere else....but dont risk your pets life here.

This use to be a good place to take your pet, yes they're courteous and friendly to you but it isn't about the pet it's about the money. Mine has an emergency and was told I could bring him in to be checked but can't do anything today and the cost just for seeing him is $75. I will never take another pet here or suggest anyone else to. If you care about your pet and want a vet that will care about your pet please find some lave else . I'm taking mine to blackstinmill rd from now on.

We used the groomer back in August 2014. The groomer wasnt good at grooming. Which should be a requirement. Pretty sure whoever it was learned their techniques in an Amish community. I got a good laug...
We used the groomer back in August 2014. The groomer wasnt good at grooming. Which should be a requirement. Pretty sure whoever it was learned their techniques in an Amish community. I got a good laugh for several weeks as he ran around the house on Rumspringa. All jokes aside, my girlfriend didnt want to be rude when she picked him up, so she didn't say anything, and we ended up paying around $60 on a haircut that they never should have let the dog walk out with. I think they offered to fix it but we never had the chance to return. I would have preferred my money back. He also wasn't to be shaved. He's a Collie not a Poodle

This is hard to quantify but I've been going here with my pets for the past 20 plus years. My current pets are two hairless cats and one of my children started having seizures a few months ago which and this was a god awful thing to see for the first time. ( I always thought that people calling pets, kids were nuts, so now I'm a little nuts) The vets at this location and been working with me and my boy to find the right level of medication to better control this since this isn't a curable issue. Things have improved since the meds have been started and upgraded based on my pets needs. Good people, sound advice, my only knock is that the phone follow ups could be a tick better.

Our Daisy was very sick and putting her down was the hardest thing I have ever done. The staff and doctor were wonderful. They were patient, kind, caring and showed so much empathy. I can not imagine how I would have been able to say goodbye to Daisy if they were not as caring as they were.I know she was in good hands and she passed quickly and peacefully thanks to them

I got a good laugh for several weeks as he ran around the house on Rumspringa. All jokes aside, my girlfriend didnt want to be rude when she picked him up, so she didn't say anything, and we ended up paying around $60 on a haircut that they never should have let the dog walk out with. This is hard to quantify but I've been going here with my pets for the past 20 plus years. My current pets are two hairless cats and one of my children started having seizures a few months ago which and this was a god awful thing to see for the first time.
