Brought my dog here a month ago. They gave me some antibiotics and said I'd have to bring her back for a follow up. Then they refused to schedule a follow up. So I had to bring her on one of their "walk in" days, where they set their clipboard out the night before so that their friends can sign in first and be the first ones seen. I've now been here over 2 hours. They've been open since 7am and have seen 17 people so far. 17. Save your time and your money and go elsewhere. These people are horrible.

Paid a deposit to have my cat spayed was told that I could cancel before 2 wks of the appt. It was about 4 days called to cancel and the refuse to give me my money back. They said it was non refund...
Paid a deposit to have my cat spayed was told that I could cancel before 2 wks of the appt. It was about 4 days called to cancel and the refuse to give me my money back. They said it was non refundable. I was never told this, I have never been to this vet. They have just stolen my $50! Do the right thing and refund my money back on my card!

The doctors here are great! Expect to be here for a while because they do not take appointments for check ups or shots. But the quality and price make up for the wait time.

Great prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff... But they don't allow customers to make appointments and they have very little parking. Sometimes, you can wait more than an hour to see the doctor and you come out to see that someone has blocked you into your parking space. Also, the building is very close to the highway so the traffic can easily agitate animals.

Bar none. This is the best vet in the Tristate area. Yes you will have a long wait, so get there early. However the doctors are amazing and prices just can not be beat. There is not a good day to show up for a short line sorry. They are just top notch. One needs to remember this vet is very busy. They often do not have time to answer phone calls.

Definitely worth the wait...prices are 1/3 of what we paid at our previous vets and staff was exceptionally nice. We intend to continue taking our new puppy here.

I had never been here before but had heard from many people that I should take my dog here over the years. Unfortunately, I had to put my dog down today. We bought her as a puppy and have had her for 14 years. When I called my normal vet they wanted $150 to do this if I take the remains with me and I'd need to get an emergency appointment if they were going to see her today. I was a bit concerned when I seen they didn't take appointments and it was a first-come first-serve so I showed up 45 minutes before they opened and there was already 5 cars in the lot. Unfortunately I didn't realize there was a list by the door so by the time they opened I was actually the 11th person so I expected a long wait which I knew would be agonizing for me as I couldn't even look at my dog. They ended up seeing me 4th and I was out of there in 15 minutes. They also only changed $50 to euthanize and bury my dog which was a major relief to me. I found them to be very professional and if I ever were to get another pet I would drive out of my way to go here.

Brought my dog here a month ago. They gave me some antibiotics and said I'd have to bring her back for a follow up. Then they refused to schedule a follow up. Great prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff... But they don't allow customers to make appointments and they have very little parking. Sometimes, you can wait more than an hour to see the doctor and you come out to see that someone has blocked you into your parking space. Also, the building is very close to the highway so the traffic can easily agitate animals.

There is not a good day to show up for a short line sorry. They are just top notch. One needs to remember this vet is very busy. They often do not have time to answer phone calls.
