The staff are always into listening as to why I am there and what the problem is? Then tell me what they think and what to do to fix my kitties problem. The doctors are so amazing here! I was a new patient never had been seen and had an emergency with my cat even though they were booked solid they made room to get him in, and treat him right away. Awesome staff very helpful and the doctors are good about explaining everything and making sure that your pet is taken care of. Would highly recommend them! If you are looking for a life long vet for your pets, look no further. Unfortunately, our cat Sumo had a blockage and his bladder was the size of a softball and he was not urinating. He was really in bad shape. Everyone at Cedar Creek went above and beyond in care. It is very obvious they are passionate about what they do and love animals. After a 5 day stay we were able to take him home. We will be staying with this clinic because they were really outstanding in every single way. I highly recommend them. I highly highly recommend Cedar Creek! Trips to the vet have always been a struggle for my dog, Optimus. gets extremely scared and anxious, which unfortunately is displayed as aggression at times. We have always pushed through his exams and gotten everything done, but it is so horribly stressful for everyone, and I hate putting him through it. I started taking him to Cedar Creek and made a plan with Dr. Stover to help him build trust with her and the staff over time, until he was fully comfortable. We have been making weekly visits, always just taking things as far as Optimus was comfortable with. It was several visits of just walking in, getting some treats, and going home. Then we were able to make our way up to his physical exam one visit, vaccines on the next, and finally we were able to get blood drawn. It's a big deal to me that they were willing to take things slow and be patient to help reduce my dog's anxiety and make the experience all around better for everyone. I have been taking my Chihuahua Tank to Dr Koester for five years now. He specializes in small breed dogs and their unique needs. Tank always responds well to all of the staff and readily cooperates. I trust the Dr. to properly diagnose and treat Tank. They do not push you to purchase extra tests and merchandise like some vets will.
