Dr. Harry has taken care of our dogs for nearly 20 years.... including several litters of puppies we’ve raised. Although you may find a vet who will take care of your pets, you would be hard-pressed to find one with as much integrity, compassion, and expertise as Dr. Harry and his entire staff. In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Dupont Veterinary Clinic is a breath of fresh air. They are intentional about operating their business with excellence and it shows!

The best veterinary clinic ever! I called really worried about my 15 year old dog, and they got me right in! I had to bring my 2 year old wild child, and they all were so nice and understanding when she started screaming in the reception area. They even gave her stickers! They explained everything really well, and told me they’ll call to check up in about a week. So considerate! Highly recommend this office!

Really great place! Friendly staff and knowledgeable vets. Only place in Fort Wayne that I know of that takes exotics(finding a vet for a python is a task) and they’re very good at what they do and the amount of knowledge they have on stranger animals- most vets that take exotics don’t actually know as much as I’d like but they definitely do! And the pricing is great! Actually one of the lowest prices in town.

We took our new puppies here today. Staff was AMAZING. Fast acting since our pups were having some problems. At first we were in an isolated room until we knew our pups were safe for other animals to be around. I didn't mind at all and when they were all clear we got into a normal room fast! The office was very clean. Staff was so loving to our girls. I didn't have to ask many questions at all because Dr. Pilla did an excellent job at informing us about everything that was going on with our girls. We did have to wait on two tests, while waiting they checked in to let us know just a little longer. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because you all are very amazing, friendly, and are very knowledgeable. As we left they were even kind enough to give us paper towels and a bag since our one girl gets car sick on each ride. We cant wait to bring our girls back for their next round of vaccinations and any future animals here as well!

The staff and veterinarians/assistants are incredible. It's always very clean and every time I've take my animals there, they've offered my daughter and I something to drink and have made us and our pets comfortable while we wait. They have gone the extra mile several times and explain things thoroughly. They even let me take a video on how to use a certain medication on my bearded dragon since they had to give a dose there and I had a give another dosage in a couple of weeks. They're friendly and very affordable compared to other vets. I'm very happy doing business with them. I wish that I could post pictures, but it won't let me.

Just looking at the outside of the building you know you will experience the utmost care for your pet. Walking in you almost forget you’re at a vet office! Unlike most vet offices they pay attention to detail that make sure you and your pet have quality care every time you enter from annual appointments, to picking up food, and procedures. I never leave with any questions and actually bring in a list that the doc is always willing to answer at length. I am super thankful to have found DuPont Veterinary Clinic!

This vet is very clean and beautiful inside and out. Good customer service and they care about your pet! I do have one huge complaint and that is the prices and the fact that they require you to come in for a yearly exam for your pet. I dont think you should be required to do that if your pet is perfectly fine. They will not give monthly flea and worm medicine unless you come in and pay for the yearly visit. It doesn't make sense it just seems like they are trying to hold your animals health hostage unless you pay up. Hopefully they will rethink that rule

The clinic is clean and very nice. I am greeted as soon as I am pulled through the door by one or both of my golden retrievers. We too, followed Dr. Valerie Tratnyk when she moved from another location. She is the best vet around and there is no question our dogs love her. She is thorough and honest and truly cares about your pet. Recently I took one in because of a consistent cough. A few days later I received a follow-up call to see how he was doing. The vet techs are also caring and listen to your concerns as well. Highly recommend this clinic.

I had to make an emergency vet visit 3 days after I had brought my 8 week old Shih Tzu puppy home from the breeder because I had found out he was exposed to the Parvovirus. They were very prompt in getting him in and tested ASAP. He had tested positive and even though I couldn't afford the treatment, they supported my decision in treating him from home and were helpful during the 5 days I had to bring him in to have subcutaneous fluids to keep him hydrated during his battle. He survived it and it wouldn't have been possible without DuPont Vet! I'm so thankful they were supportive and extremely helpful! He is now 5 months old and such a happy little puppy! THANK YOU AGAIN!

I want to thank the staff and especially Dr. Mavrich for treating me and my beloved Maribelle with respect and compassion. Yesterday, I had to let my companion of 17 years go. Dr Mavrich assessed the situation and gave me a thorough, honest report of my options. They sedated her while she was in my arms and kindly ended her suffering. It was a good death and something I will always be grateful for. I could have extended her life for a little while, but that would have been for me, not her.

Our decision to adopt dogs so late in life has been only made better because of the Dupont Veterinary Clinic. These people have a true gift for the care of your precious pet. I have always been treated special and my dogs have been looked after as if they are royalty. I just can not say enough good things about these folks. Absolutely love this place! Staff is courteous and professional. I had taken my rabbit in without making an appointment because I had noticed something was extremely wrong. The staff got me in to see the Doctor right away, gave me a diagnosis and medicine and had me and my furbaby out within an hour! Not only was the staff courteous and had a sense of urgency, but they even called me 2-3 throughout the following week to see how Echo was doing! I bring all of my pets here because I love how they treat them with respect and compassion. Thank you so much for all that you guys do! It's highly appreciated. :)

This place is amazing! I didn't realize a vet's office could offer such great service until my dog became a patient! The staff are so friendly, helpful, and caring! I feel like they truly care about me and my dog and that means a lot, especially with how stressful visits to the vet can be. Over the last few years, we've been to this vet's office 20-30 times for various illnesses, emergencies, surgeries, routine visits, etc and have seen 4 different vets. Dr. Rietdorf and Dr. Dawes are my two favorite, I've never felt rushed with either of the them. They are top-notch doctors and I highly recommend them.

We love this place. First their place is exceptionally clean. Next the front desk staff are VERY friendly and VERY good at what they do in meeting your needs. Finally we see Dr. Valerie Tratnyk and she is the absolute best. We have followed her to her new location which is further for us to drive only because we have never found another vet that meets her standards of care to our fur kids and support to us as fur parents. She is beyond the best. So much so that I hate to recommend her for fear that she will get too busy. She is that good. This Clinic is the best we have found in the city.

Our cat rescues have had several issues- staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Never had a bad experience, and we are there quite a bit.

We took our new puppies here today. Staff was AMAZING. Fast acting since our pups were having some problems. At first we were in an isolated room until we knew our pups were safe for other animals to be around. I didn't mind at all and when they were all clear we got into a normal room fast! The office was very clean. Staff was so loving to our girls. I didn't have to ask many questions at all because Dr. Pilla did an excellent job at informing us about everything that was going on with our girls. We did have to wait on two tests, while waiting they checked in to let us know just a little longer. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because you all are very amazing, friendly, and are very knowledgeable. As we left they were even kind enough to give us paper towels and a bag since our one girl gets car sick on each ride. We cant wait to bring our girls back for their next round of vaccinations and any future animals here as well!

The staff and veterinarians/assistants are incredible. It's always very clean and every time I've take my animals there, they've offered my daughter and I something to drink and have made us and our pets comfortable while we wait. They have gone the extra mile several times and explain things thoroughly. They even let me take a video on how to use a certain medication on my bearded dragon since they had to give a dose there and I had a give another dosage in a couple of weeks. They're friendly and very affordable compared to other vets. I'm very happy doing business with them. I wish that I could post pictures, but it won't let me.

Just looking at the outside of the building you know you will experience the utmost care for your pet. Walking in you almost forget you’re at a vet office! Unlike most vet offices they pay attention to detail that make sure you and your pet have quality care every time you enter from annual appointments, to picking up food, and procedures. I never leave with any questions and actually bring in a list that the doc is always willing to answer at length. I am super thankful to have found DuPont Veterinary Clinic!

This vet is very clean and beautiful inside and out. Good customer service and they care about your pet! I do have one huge complaint and that is the prices and the fact that they require you to come in for a yearly exam for your pet. I dont think you should be required to do that if your pet is perfectly fine. They will not give monthly flea and worm medicine unless you come in and pay for the yearly visit. It doesn't make sense it just seems like they are trying to hold your animals health hostage unless you pay up. Hopefully they will rethink that rule

When it comes to exotics, finding a vet is difficult. However at Dupont Veterinary Clinic I am beyond impressed with the wonderful staff and the level of care my dragons receive. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone with animals. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for all your wonderful care. It means so much to me to know no matter what my babies are taken care of at a place I can trust.

The clinic is clean and very nice. I am greeted as soon as I am pulled through the door by one or both of my golden retrievers. We too, followed Dr. Valerie Tratnyk when she moved from another location. She is the best vet around and there is no question our dogs love her. She is thorough and honest and truly cares about your pet. Recently I took one in because of a consistent cough. A few days later I received a follow-up call to see how he was doing. The vet techs are also caring and listen to your concerns as well. Highly recommend this clinic.

I had to make an emergency vet visit 3 days after I had brought my 8 week old Shih Tzu puppy home from the breeder because I had found out he was exposed to the Parvovirus. They were very prompt in getting him in and tested ASAP. He had tested positive and even though I couldn't afford the treatment, they supported my decision in treating him from home and were helpful during the 5 days I had to bring him in to have subcutaneous fluids to keep him hydrated during his battle. He survived it and it wouldn't have been possible without DuPont Vet! I'm so thankful they were supportive and extremely helpful! He is now 5 months old and such a happy little puppy! THANK YOU AGAIN!

I want to thank the staff and especially Dr. Mavrich for treating me and my beloved Maribelle with respect and compassion. Yesterday, I had to let my companion of 17 years go. Dr Mavrich assessed the situation and gave me a thorough, honest report of my options. They sedated her while she was in my arms and kindly ended her suffering. It was a good death and something I will always be grateful for. I could have extended her life for a little while, but that would have been for me, not her.

Our decision to adopt dogs so late in life has been only made better because of the Dupont Veterinary Clinic. These people have a true gift for the care of your precious pet. I have always been treated special and my dogs have been looked after as if they are royalty. I just can not say enough good things about these folks. They are truly dedicated and very special people and I love them all!!!!! Thank you again for taking such good care of Gemma and Sophie. I am more than sure if they could talk they would express the same feelings that I have for al of you!!!!

Absolutely love this place! Staff is courteous and professional. I had taken my rabbit in without making an appointment because I had noticed something was extremely wrong. The staff got me in to see the Doctor right away, gave me a diagnosis and medicine and had me and my furbaby out within an hour! Not only was the staff courteous and had a sense of urgency, but they even called me 2-3 throughout the following week to see how Echo was doing! I bring all of my pets here because I love how they treat them with respect and compassion. Thank you so much for all that you guys do! It's highly appreciated. :)

This place is amazing! I didn't realize a vet's office could offer such great service until my dog became a patient! The staff are so friendly, helpful, and caring! I feel like they truly care about me and my dog and that means a lot, especially with how stressful visits to the vet can be. Over the last few years, we've been to this vet's office 20-30 times for various illnesses, emergencies, surgeries, routine visits, etc and have seen 4 different vets. Dr. Rietdorf and Dr. Dawes are my two favorite, I've never felt rushed with either of the them. They are top-notch doctors and I highly recommend them.

We love this place. First their place is exceptionally clean. Next the front desk staff are VERY friendly and VERY good at what they do in meeting your needs. Finally we see Dr. Valerie Tratnyk and she is the absolute best. We have followed her to her new location which is further for us to drive only because we have never found another vet that meets her standards of care to our fur kids and support to us as fur parents. She is beyond the best. So much so that I hate to recommend her for fear that she will get too busy. She is that good. This Clinic is the best we have found in the city.
