Karma, my cat, is ALWAYS treated with respect and treated carefully to make an anxious experience less scary for her. At 13yo, Karma has had negative experiences with other vets, before we met Dr Jill a couple of years ago. It was always the same terrifying experience for Karma to visit the vet until we met Dr Jill.
Dr Jill is obviously an expert on cats and it shows in how she handles Karma. Not only is she the most knowledgeable on felines of any vet I have met in my 60 years, she has great compassion for Karma. It is a wonderful feeling to find a vet that truly cares about Karma. Last visit ended with Karma relaxed, eyes closed and falling asleep on the table after an exam, blood draw and a shot. That’s is the best review any vet could receive from Karma and if my cat likes you, I like you.
P.S. My experience with dealing with any business; the employees/staff share the same behavior/attitude as the owner/manager. If the owner has a bad attitude, that bad attitude filters down through all the staff. As expected, Dr Jill’s staff are like her....respectful, compassionate and knowledgeable. I only regret is that I had not found Dr Jill when Karma was a kitten. Read Less

I chose this Veterinary office to take my puppy for all of her medical needs. I am sure glad I did because every time I go there I know my pup will be taken care of. They love animals and most of the employees are very friendly. Any vet office can be expensive and so can this office, but they offer many ways and payment plans that you can set up so you dont have to pay every thing all at once. They also offer something called a Paw Plan. It basically fits your puppies medical needs from the day they are born until the are grown into a dog. The paw plan gives you discounts on every service there and since you are paying monthly towards a total price, everything you need for your puppies (shots, spay, check ups, ear check, deworming, and a lot more) is taken care of. They showed us the price differences and by doing the paw plan, we saved at least 300$ instead of paying for everything separately (Á la carte). Anyways, I love this place and will continue to go for a long time. Read Less

Office Error = Animal Not Getting Life-Saving Help
I just popped in to pick up a few bags of fluids that I administer to my cat, who has kidney disease, but the receptionist refused me. I've been giving my cat needs these fluids for three years, and she needs this to live.
When I was in a few weeks ago I asked the woman at the counter about having someone bring in my cat for a tech to give fluids when I'm out of the country. She said I would need to have her examined by the vet before the techs could give her fluids themselves, which was fine.
However, there was a huge miscommunication in the notes, because today I was told I couldn't buy more fluids to give to my cat myself until I made an appt. That is not what I had been told a few weeks ago.
I have given my cat fluids for over 3 years now. She has recently seen a vet. There should be no problem in my getting a bag of fluids to continue to keep her alive.
If this had been communicated to me properly, I would not have allowed myself to run out of fluids before stopping in to get more supplies. She needs them everyday to survive.
This is a huge problem when an administrative error causes my cat to not receive the care she needs.
I have no problem making an appt., but I do have a problem being told I can't buy fluids until she's seen by a vet. This is ridiculous.
Today I was told there needs to be a patient/vet relationship established before I can buy fluids to administer to her. That's fine. But don't make my cat suffer because of your communication mistake. There are no vet police who are going to shut you down because you gave me a bag of fluids before I made an appointment.
If it was the case, then why was I not offered the opportunity to make an appt. during my visit 3 weeks ago? Three weeks ago I was trying to talk to the woman at the counter about sending over my vet records, and instead she was terse and rushed me out the door.
Now I'm wondering what other kinds of mistakes this office would make if I were to entrust my cat's care to them. I've decided their incompetency is not worth risking my cat's life.
BTW, you might want to check out their Yelp rating. 1.8 stars? Scary. Read Less

I would give them -5 stars if I could. My mom brought her dog here after he was hit by a car. All he had was a compound fracture. The bill was $5000, just for a broken leg. They told her $2500 up front and another $2500 in a few days. She didn't have that kind of money, so the only other option they pretty much gave her was to put the dog to sleep. Over a BROKEN LEG!!! I asked them how do they sleep at night? My mom had no choice but to put him down. He wasn't that old. She cried for 2 days. I felt so bad. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! Whoever runs this place is definitely only in it for the money. Read Less
