If I could give 0 stars I would. We took our cat who wasn't extremly sick to begin with . They gave what we later found out to be a prescription that was TWO times the amount he should had. He went down hill from there. Took him back they preceded to treat him with a vaccine that they never asked me about beforehand. One that would stay in his system for weeks. I was told I'd hear from them by noon that day as we had left him there on their suggestion. I was the one who had to call them back- I waited until 4 trying to not to be a hassle. That particular visit the vet assured me it'd be no less that $100. It was $160 after the $250 charged two days prior. As soon as I picked him up he began vomiting and foaming and sadly didn't make it a week later. I would never recommend this vet office. Read Less

They were able to make a same day appointment which was great and they took care of my dog at the first appointment and said to follow up in one week. After that I feel like I was ripped off. They will suggest unnecessary treatments ("want us to check his glands when we weigh him?")and not say there is a fee or explain that there will be a fee. Ambiguity is their strong suit. Total appointment follow-up cost was $90. Vet consult fee of $45 and an anal gland fee of $45 to look at his glands. The follow-up they made was useless but they made $90 off of me. They tried to sell me several things that I did not need (heart worm meds, flea prevention, dog vitamins) while I was there. Not a great experience. I felt like I was working with salesmen. They SAVE MY DOGS LIFE! I called in to them explained she was JUST HIT BY TRASH TRUCK!!!. They said bring her in immediately we have an opening, so I brought her down there and the veterinarian came out immediately!!! She took such good care of her, save her LIFE!! My dog Mila was in shock .... They medicated her, Stitched her back together & it was all done at a fantastic price! When I was called with the bill it was less than half of what I expected to pay under the circumstances!!! I was able to pick her up last night. Although my dog is moving very slow still, due to the severity of the accident, but the quick, precise work and knowledge of similar situations they were able to act quickly in the best medical Manor available and now my dog MILA.. is expected to have a full recovery!!! 4-6 Weeks. Due to the Fantastic work of the veterinarian and the staff down there my dog is still alive, my kids are happy, my wife is happy and I too am very pleased!!! I called to get info about how I could treat my puppy. I explained I'm on a fixed income and disabled. The receptionist gave me a price for exam and made it seem as though they could save my puppy, I gave them details. Took my puppy in for treatment. Told me my puppy would not make it, gave me this outrageous price, I could not afford to put my dog to sleep and another price to take remains. I said I could not afford, the Dr. said I was not allowed to take my puppy home and they would bill me. Because my puppy would suffer. I wanted to bury my puppy on my property and have him pass on with family. He was not suffering and felt loved. He suffered dying with a stranger. I cannot recommend the Goshen Animal Clinic enough. The front desk staff are caring and friendly. The doctors are knowledgeable, and just wonderful people. They have successfully performed life-saving surgeries on my cat, in one instance staying very late at night in order to give immediate care.
