Dr. Neil was great! As a first time puppy owner he was patient and took time to answer my questions even though they were busy. Highly recommend.

Came in, got into the room quickly and it all went downhill after that. Nurse acted like we were an inconvenience, she left and kittens were licking something on the table which ended up being blood. ...
Came in, got into the room quickly and it all went downhill after that. Nurse acted like we were an inconvenience, she left and kittens were licking something on the table which ended up being blood. I was patient and went into the cabinet, took the alcohol and paper towels and cleaned the whole table which was dirty from the people before us. Then we sat for almost 30 minutes and saw no one the whole time. We walked out and told them about the blood and not seeing anyone and they just said "ok" with no apology.

I prefer a vet who straight with me, gives me all the details, look at my pets' conditions with an educated, critical eye and who can solve problems that aren't obvious without costing me an arm and a leg and my dog unnecessary procedures and discomfort. Dr. Kelly was that for me and my dogs. Hate that I had to move, but I still bring my pets to White for surgeries. It's worth it.

Loved my experience with our family dog so much that I came back with my own dog. Dr Kelly and his team do a great job making pets feel comforted and by taking the time to explain and advise their owners. Completely trust and respect the care I get from this facility. Highly recommend this clinic for all types of pet owners but especially for new pet owners!

Dr. Kelly was that for me and my dogs. Hate that I had to move, but I still bring my pets to White for surgeries. It's worth it.
