This was by far worse experience with a vet I’ve had. I went back another time thinking they had an “off day”. No that is just the way they run. Very rude from beginning. They gave me meds and didn’t even cut all the pills correctly.:( Thank goodness I pay attention. They acted like oh no big deal? They took blood and my dog had blood running about 3 inches down her paw and they said oh it will clot. Really? Wrap it with that tape most vets use when even a pinch of blood. Than my dog was having seizures. I called day before they said oh just keep eye on her. I called next morning first thing. They said bring her in at 9:30. I said that the soonest? She was having clusters with her seizures. They said yes 9:30. They called me at 9:27 to tell me Dr said take her to emergency vet!!!! I have 2 small children and you call me as I’m literally 2 min away to say that??? I had no nice words to say so I just hung up. I’m discusted by the way they treat you and just hmmm whatever. So I called cedar creek vet and praise God they said bring her immediately and they were Amazing!!!!! And so far our furbaby is doing great. I would NEVER recommend this place!! EVER!!!! There was 1 nice one I talked to and she was very kind awhile back when I had questions about CBD oil for Molly. But she was only one who seemed to care. Dr seemed like oh well when I told him about my first experience. I should have listened to my gut. So grateful I’ll never have to go back. Thank you cedar creek Veternary for all you did for our family today!!🙏🏼 Glad there is still caring and professional people out there.

I’ve been taking my dogs here for about 6 years. Excellent experience every time! I just lost one of my dogs due to old age. I took him in to have him cremated, and the staff was so supportive during this time. They sent me a card signed by everyone in the clinic.

I was very worried about my elderly dog. I called before hours and spoke with a lady. She asked me to call back when it opened but was very nice about it. She said she was out walking a dog. She then, to my surprise, called me when she got back took the office even though it was still before hours. They were very booked that day but they still squeezed is in and took very good care of us!!

The office staff is very disorganized. From our vet first visit dealing with the staff was a nightmare, but my cat seemed to like the vet so we stayed. Our cat had emergency surgery and died. Dealing with the staff afterwards made me a lot more picky about vets. We were given wrong appointment times. The one office lady gave us the time she comes to work not our appointment time. After surgery when we had to pick up his thing, I called before I came so they could organize. They couldn't find his things or his file. I went through three people before I got someone who knew what I was talking about. Also after surgery I asked for a bill which they said don't worry about they will mail it. It came one week before it goes to collections.

I have three cats and have just lost our dog Lucky. Before Lucky we had three labs that were also cared for by Grabill Vet. The last four years of care that we received with and for our rescued old coon hound Lucky have been extraordinary. I will never take a pet anywhere other than there.

This was by far worse experience with a vet I’ve had. I went back another time thinking they had an “off day”. No that is just the way they run. Very rude from beginning. They gave me meds and didn’t even cut all the pills correctly.:( Thank goodness I pay attention. They acted like oh no big deal? She then, to my surprise, called me when she got back took the office even though it was still before hours. They were very booked that day but they still squeezed is in and took very good care of us!!
