I really love the staff, Dr. Gray is compassionate and her love for animals is evident. Max, the office manager is courteous, and really loves what he does...he's a great resource for your pet needs too! Our 11 y/o Maltese mix had a dental (with a good bit of teeth being extracted) and a few cysts removed from her back, and when I picked her up, the staff explained her at home care and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. First time visiting, all the vet techs were absolutely fantastic. The biggest problem that I had was the actual vet. My two dogs have always been good for shots, and loved going to the vet. We visited Sugar Creek to get my oldest dog checked out for a limp (she stepped on a tack strip while we were laying new carpet). She was very sensitive about the paw, and I explained this to the vet techs. They were very understanding, and told me they would let Dr. Gray know. A few minutes later, a woman walked in, squatted down, and grabbed my dogs foot...without introducing herself to myself or to my dog. My dog screamed and coward under my chair (something that is COMPLETELY out of character for her). She hardly said 10 words to me. And then just walked out. My dog doesn't bite when she is in pain, she just licks your hand. She is extremely lucky, because coming from a groomers assistant...not all dogs are that nice. Thankfully, the vet techs came in and gave the girls Peanut Butter, temporarily fixing things. But my dog was still freaked out. I want this to be known for new clients. I just wish that the Vet would have introduced herself to my dogs, things would have gone a lot differently. Read Less
