Although I am biased as Dr. Daniels is my son, we had dogs, cats, rabbits and other kinds of animals in our home as he and his sister grew up; sometimes as a temporary guest till a permanent home could be found or until they were healthy enough to be released back into nature. I was very impressed with the Franklin office and the people who work there. It is a very caring place as well as being clean, organized and very well run. I would take my pets to this office with complete confidence in any of the staff to care for them in a caring, professional and knowledgeable manner.

If I were only rating this clinic on their veterinarians, they would get a 5 star review for sure. I have been taking my boxer there for almost 10 years and will continue to take her there for the remainder of her life since they know her history. I am getting a boxer puppy in a month and will find a new vet for him. The reason is the price. Their prices are much higher than other vets in the area. Staff has always been great but they need to lower their prices and that isn't going to happen.

We've been coming here and to their Franklin location for years and have had no problems at all. The reason I'm giving a 3 star review instead of a 5 star review is because of their price points. I noticed on my most recent invoice that they raised the price of a toe nail clipping to almost $14 since last year. They also raised the price of Trifexis. I understand that they want to make money but animals have 10 toe nails and a toe nail clipping anywhere else costs way less. A toe nail clipping probably shouldn't cost more than $10 plus tax... $14 is excessive. As for raising the price on Trifexis...Well, that's an older product and I'd be surprised if the manufacturer raised the price enough for vets to justify it's price increase to consumers. With that being said, the vets are great and they keep our dogs happy and healthy.

I have been a patron of Franklin Animal Clinic for almost 20 years. I have recently had 2 of our family dogs become ill in this past year and had to have both put down in less than 3 weeks of one another. Dr. Platicis has helped us over this past year with our beloved Lillie. She has been informational, honest, sincere, and when it came time to put Lillie down she was right there gently guiding us through this very heart wrenching time. I cannot say enough words to say how much I trust and appreciate her!! Dr. Winkhart is newer to us but helped us through a more acute illness with our dog Millie. She too was exceptional and very informative and was there to help support us in the end. It has been difficult losing our pets but thankful for the care and support that Franklin Animal Clinic has shown us.

Absolutely amazing people from check-in to pick-up. My White Shepherd Rocky needed 2 teeth extracted and Dr. Amy Smith performed an incredible job. Rocky was back to eating the next morning and showed no signs of pain. Rocky and I met Dr. Smith during check-in and Rocky's body language told me he had absolute trust in her. Rocky is 7 yrs old and I've never seen him display this high level of trust in any medical person, especially not with someone he just met for the 1st time. I'm very impressed with everyone there and I will definitely bring my boys to see you again.

I was referred by a friend. The staff was very nice and got us in right away. We are absolutely please with the knowledge and empathy Doctor Andrew has. My baby boy is 14 years old and I have had him since he was 6 weeks old. He is my baby/my family. Our family is currently trying to make a hard decision and Doctor Andrew was very honest with the situation. All though it's not what we want to hear it is what we needed to hear. Highly recommend Franklin animal clinic.

I had been looking for a new vet when a friend recommended FAC. I am super impressed. I have a difficult dog that doesn't enjoy going to the vet and they have been very helpful in trying to make it easy on both him and me. I have to drive 35 mins to get to them but it's worth it knowing they are going to treat my most difficult dog with love and care. That has earned them the business of all my other easy dogs. The staff there is great from start to finish and the pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Had our cat's tooth extracted here. They were very professional and flexible with scheduling us. They knew we had to travel from far so they were great about working with us. The vet was awesome and was so great with our cat. The procedure went smoothly, the charge was actually less than quoted (not sure if this is common or not, but it was nice) . Our cat healed quickly andproperly, never really showing any sign of discomfort.
The price was FAR better than another clinic we had quote us, and Franklin Animal Clinic could not have done a better job or been more awesome.

Our family is currently trying to make a hard decision and Doctor Andrew was very honest with the situation. All though it's not what we want to hear it is what we needed to hear. Highly recommend Franklin animal clinic.

Our dog was very sick when we arrived yesterday. Dr Henessey and his staff were kind enough to allow us the time we needed to cope with the information we were given. We ended up having to euthanize him, and the staff was so compassionate. We will forever be grateful beyond words.

I love this place. They have treated us so nice from the first visit. The Doctors, techs to receptionist have been awesome. Special shout out to Dr. Jordan, Dr. P, and Dr. Daniels.

There are no words to express how comforting it was knowing that I wasn't judged on my decision but supported with understanding! Thank you all so much! I miss Barley terribly but know that I made the right decision and he's in a better place

I had been looking for a new vet when a friend recommended FAC. I am super impressed. I have a difficult dog that doesn't enjoy going to the vet and they have been very helpful in trying to make it easy on both him and me. I have to drive 35 mins to get to them but it's worth it knowing they are going to treat my most difficult dog with love and care. That has earned them the business of all my other easy dogs. The staff there is great from start to finish and the pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Had our cat's tooth extracted here. They were very professional and flexible with scheduling us. They knew we had to travel from far so they were great about working with us. The vet was awesome and was so great with our cat. The procedure went smoothly, the charge was actually less than quoted (not sure if this is common or not, but it was nice) . Our cat healed quickly andproperly, never really showing any sign of discomfort.
The price was FAR better than another clinic we had quote us, and Franklin Animal Clinic could not have done a better job or been more awesome.
