The Drs & staff are wonderful! They treat both your pet & owner with upmost care & respect. Not everyone handles big dogs well, but they just love my German Shepherd. I referred my aunt who adopted a dog there, and she's very happy as well. Read Less

Really great people, the staff is very kind, but I felt like the entire visit was based on a sales pitch. Buy this, buy that. My "free" first visit cost me $50, which is reasonable, but I never was told about the cost until after they performed the test. I personally like a more personal vet whose job isn't simply to get their clients to spend as much as possible. I was quoted $450 to spay my pup, made two calls they said never pay for than $250 it's a very routine procedure they said, yet another example of them trying to get a maximum spend per client. After going through a few different vet clinics, these were the people that I settled on to take care of my boxer baby. So when my Mom's dog reached the end of her life, we brought her to Sugar Grove. I cannot say enough how AMAZING Dr. Lee and all of his staff is. They took SUCH great care of my mother, her Holly-Girl, and me today. They were patient, caring, compassionate, and all around awesome. They explained everything and walked us through letting Ms. Holly go. It was an awful decision to make and watch my mother make... but the people at Sugar Grove made it so much easier. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and all of the people there. Dr. Lee was with us the whole time and was completely compassionate, respectful, and professional while we let her go. A vet tech there did something for us when it was done that made leaving Ms. Holly so much easier, also. To the vet tech who helped us at the end (I'm so sorry; I didn't catch your name in all of the chaos, (she is actually the tech to Dr. Lee's left in the website photo). Thank you so much for doing what you did. Just that little act on your part made such a huge difference for us. We knew we were leaving her with people that would show her dignity, respect, and kindness even though she had already left us. A thousand "Thank you's" to everyone there today. I absolutely love this place, the vet, and the staff! They were able to get my dog in within an hour of her having a horrible experience at Petsmart grooming. I drive here even though there are several vets closer to my home. The Veterinarians and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable, kind, efficient and professional. I normally have my toddler grandson with me and my dog. They help me get in and get out - would be a challenge without them. They do the same when I bring my daughter's cat or dog in. They call to check-up on the progress if there has been a medication, etc. prescribed that visit. Could go on and on --- but, you get the point.Read Less
