Not very good professional assistant. I called to schedule a appointment for my dog. The lady whom I was on phone was very rude and when I called to confirm a few days later I find I wasn’t even wrote down. The assistant also informed us they do not do checkups for dogs anymore none of this was mentioned when I called to schedule appointment and explained what needed to be done. Very rude people and was a waste of time.!

Been there twice now with my dogs. The first time was wonderful. Very attentive to me and my dogs. The second time how ever they were being rough with my dog trying to control him and completely rippe...
Been there twice now with my dogs. The first time was wonderful. Very attentive to me and my dogs. The second time how ever they were being rough with my dog trying to control him and completely ripped out his toe nail. I will never go back again.

I've never considered another place since I lived in the area, when we had to put our dog down was one of the hardest things we had to do. We walked in the lobby was packed they made sure we were take...
I've never considered another place since I lived in the area, when we had to put our dog down was one of the hardest things we had to do. We walked in the lobby was packed they made sure we were taken care of and I'm in extremely timely manner and just plain old human compassion.

A DISGRACE ! ...........THEY TAKE YOUR PET INTO A BACK ROOM, WHERE YOU CANNOT SEE WHAT THEIR DOING WITH YOUR PET.......THAT SHOULD BE A CONCERN TO PET OWNERS.

When I called for an appointment, I was told that 'I had to leave my dog'. I don't know how a receptionist/vet tech could diagnose my dogs problem over the phone.

When I called for an appointment, I was told that 'I had to leave my dog'. I don't know how a receptionist/vet tech could diagnose my dogs problem over the phone.
I thought that at the very least the doctor should have a look at him first.
Will be using another vet at this time . I do not recommend anyone use this Veterinary Hospital.

They are always friendly and get my dogs in fast even if they are busy. They are also very comforting and go out of there way to help you feel better when you have a best friend you have to say "goodbye" to. Great place to take your animals.

The staff are warm and friendly. They truly want to help u with your pet. They have the knowledge and skills to get the job done. If your pet is as important to you as mine is to me then come here they are a great group, that truly cares about your pet. I love these guys they don't give u the feeling that your just another number. they listen and ask questions and explain things in detail about your sick pet. My dog butch is still here with me, and there fighting to give him the best quality of life he can have till my little guy goes. thanks everybody at H.V.H.

I took my dog there to have him looked at without an appointment. They took the time to check him out, even though they didn't have any records on him yet, and also told me what to do without charging me a dime!Exceptional!unheard of today!I really appreciated their attitudes and helpfulness.I have since had my dogs records sent to them and they are now his vet!I would recommend to anyone!

Not very good professional assistant. I called to schedule a appointment for my dog. The lady whom I was on phone was very rude and when I called to confirm a few days later I find I wasn’t even wrote down. Been there twice now with my dogs. The first time was wonderful. Very attentive to me and my dogs. The second time how ever they were being rough with my dog trying to control him and completely ripped out his toe nail. I will never go back again.

The staff are warm and friendly. They truly want to help u with your pet. They have the knowledge and skills to get the job done.
