Recently started bringing our cat here. Love that they offer the drop off and pick up option, makes taking your pet to the vet convenient. Cat had an initial visit and then brought him back for a tooth cleaning. Called to notify me during the day how everything went and if there were any abnormalities. Also met with the vet when I came to pick him up and she went over everything with us.

STAY AWAY! I was with Banfield on and off for over 10 years, and then moved to IN and started going to the Greenwood clinic. They didn't diagnose my dog correctly (they didn't do the correct tests) and she died as a result. They don't take the time to truly examine pets since they are constantly overbooked since they just push their wellness plans since it's Corporate. If they did their jobs correctly, I'd still have my dog today. I'm so upset and filed a complaint with the BBB and Indiana Attorney General. I see I'm not the only one that did this...

Recently I have become much happier with this location. Dr. Hall was excellent handling my skittish dog. Everyone dreads it when she comes in because she really is a handful, but he wasn't phased at all. He explained things and took his time. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The check out process is still a pain, but it is like that at every Banfield. Prior to my last visit, I wasn't happy with this location, but it was the closest one to me. Hopefully, things will continue to go well.

The vet took her time discussing issues and the techs seemed very concerned about our dog. Yeah, Saturday is busy but what do you expect. They seem to handle the volume ok.

I have used Banfield for years but just recently moved to Indiana. I was excited to have a Banfield close to my home so I could continue taking my dog to people who care for his best interest. Unfortunately that is not the case with the Greenwood location. I have been twice hoping the first time was a fluke but will never return. Their lack of communication and interest was heartbreaking. My dog is my baby and it makes me so sad to know that people in this field could care so little for animals well being.

Great customer service. Appointment times are easy to make and the staff is very helpful. They offer comprehensive insurance plans for your pet. Not necessarily the best place for emergency care, as x-rays for my dog cost $400 and another facility had to read the X-ray.

Puppy plan to adult plan without a notice. Our dog was in heat all 3 times we tried during puppy plan and finally got her fixed today. That cost us $350...its not covered anymore because as of July she isn't a puppy. If we cancel our plan we owe $650 so we are stuck with it. This is one of many places I will be giving Banfield a bad review as well as making sure anyone at my work, kids school, or friends do not sign up for the "great deal" . They ended up scamming us and refuse to do anything about it!

Horrible experience with Dr. Lee. I only knew who he was because the vet tech told me his name before he came in. He didn't approach or greet me or my pet. The only time he made any motion to approach the exam table was to lunge at my cat when he looked like he might want to jump off the table.He didn't tell me what tests were run, or what the results were. I asked if cats could take dramamine (a very common motion sickness med people use for pets) and he didn't know, had to go get a book to look it up.The only thing he did talk to me about was my cat's FIV+ result. I already knew this diagnosis when I adopted him, but Dr. Lee had no idea I knew this and had a terrible approach to "breaking the news". He said something along the lines of "Well, all his fighting on the streets before you got him he caught FIV. They'll live like 10 years and then just get sick and die for no reason". I asked if there was anything I could do to help keep him well, and he told me nothing! (A quick google search shows there are several things he could have told me to limit my cat's exposure to illness)Will not be going back to this location! I'll be making all future appointments with the Banfield vet I used before I moved, even though it's an hour drive.

We've taken 2 of our dogs here since we first got them and we couldn't be happier. The only negative aspect is the wait time, but they are small and only have 3 rooms, so it is to be expected. The staff is always nice and friendly and the wellness plans are a great idea and exceptional value. It ended up costing us $20 for neutering our dog, including his overnight stay and meds. Can't beat that! We will be taking our new puppy here, as well

After adopting my kitten at Petsmart, I signed her up for the Optimum Wellness Plan at Banfield. I have been very pleased with the program. It is kind of like prepaid health insurance for your cat or dog, I suppose. They deduct a certain amount from your checking account every month and your pet's basic health care is covered 100%. I think it is a really good, cost-effective option for the first year of your pet's life because it pays for their vaccinations and spaying/neutering. You also get a discounted rate on many of their other health services. I was really happy with the care Roxy received when she was spayed and declawed last month. Because she is on the plan, it only cost $114 for both, including medicines and her two-night stay at the hospital. I recommend Banfield to anyone who has a pet, especially if they are very young and need to go through lots of year-one health care procedures.

Recently I have become much happier with this location. Dr. Hall was excellent handling my skittish dog. Everyone dreads it when she comes in because she really is a handful, but he wasn't phased at all. He explained things and took his time. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The check out process is still a pain, but it is like that at every Banfield. Prior to my last visit, I wasn't happy with this location, but it was the closest one to me. I have used Banfield for years but just recently moved to Indiana. I was excited to have a Banfield close to my home so I could continue taking my dog to people who care for his best interest. Unfortunately that is not the case with the Greenwood location. I have been twice hoping the first time was a fluke but will never return. Their lack of communication and interest was heartbreaking.
