Dr. Canada & the other vets and staff are caring and knowledgeable. They are very conscientious and dedicated to providing compassionate care to the animals they treat. Absolutely wonderful! We switch our dog to this vet and her care has been great. During a check up the vet was so kind and loving towards my dog and helpful in explaining things to me. And during the recent surgery she needed, they called to let me know everything went well & then texted me a picture of my dog while in recovery so I could see how she was doing!

LOVE this place and truly grateful to them! Dr. Lee repaired my broken Newfoundland Murray with some knee surgery and the staff, AMAZING STAFF, sent me photos via text message at how he was relaxing, being loved on and well he was spoiled. This is a true animal hospital (although regular vet also) but in my opinion if your pup needs surgery you owe it to yourself to visit these fine folks and get their opinion. After your pup comes home they call every few days to make sure everything is ok and if you should have any questions - their level of care, compassion and concern simply stands alone and has raised the bar as to level of care in an animal hospital.

Very impersonal and apathetic vets. My dog required an urgent surgery for cancer. Well, they were quick enough to jump on the opportunity to operate on him. This happened to be on a Friday. Then, they misled me to believe that I would have to keep him there overnight (Friday night), when I stayed up worrying the entire night for my dog because they didn't staff their hospital at night. Now, because they wouldn't open their hospital on Sunday, they called me to take him to the VCA north Hospital for another day's stay. We loved VCA north -- fully staffed, overnight staffed, and we could stay with our pet over night if we wanted to. I am very dissatisfied with Brookville, because they had the option to send my dog to VCA right after the surgery and we would have taken that option in a heartbeat. I am never going there again because they created a sense of mistrust for me and I am not going to risk another dog's life to them again.

They have multiple doctors that are all great, I've also enjoyed that if one dr is unsure, they can instantly get a 2nd or 3rd opinion right then without you having to go to another vet and paying more money. They can usually get you into surgeries right away, and have care credit if you need help paying. I've also been told that they have some doctors who specialize in cats.

Brookville Rd. Animal Hospital has been taking care of our kitty for over 2 years since she was a month old and our older dog as well. All the employees from receptionists to vet techs to the Docs have been awesome. Good for regular check ups as well as emergencies. They will get you in as soon as possible & same day if need be. My kitty is in love with tech Keith -he gives her treats and swabs to play with!

I don't write a review usually, but I want to take my time to do one. This hospital was excellent. The doctor took complete care of my baby. The staff was professional and the clinic was amazingly organized and clean. I thought it would cost me a fortune but it wasn't. I couldn't afford to take my kitty to a no good clinic because he was really sick. I took my cat to a different clinic a year ago and it was a complete rip off. So this time I carefully chose this one. I can't thank the doctor enough. I would definitely recommend this clinic

we've taken our 2 dogs to brookville road animal hospital for 6 years. the staff are very helpful and obviously love animals. the costs are reasonable and they give quality care. they are so helpful anytime we call with a question about our pet's health and never act like they don't have time for us. we often board our dogs there- the pups like staying at the clinic more than staying at doggie day care! we love that they always give the dogs a bath, so the pups return to us all clean and fluffy :)

Dr. Lee repaired my broken Newfoundland Murray with some knee surgery and the staff, AMAZING STAFF, sent me photos via text message at how he was relaxing, being loved on and well he was spoiled. This is a true animal hospital (although regular vet also) but in my opinion if your pup needs surgery you owe it to yourself to visit these fine folks and get their opinion. Very impersonal and apathetic vets. My dog required an urgent surgery for cancer. Well, they were quick enough to jump on the opportunity to operate on him. This happened to be on a Friday. Then, they misled me to believe that I would have to keep him there overnight (Friday night), when I stayed up worrying the entire night for my dog because they didn't staff their hospital at night.
