General Info
Crestview Animal Hospital is a small animal healthcare facility founded in 1966 and dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of medical, dental and surgical conditions in both dogs and cats. Our services include wellness exams, vaccinations, in-house and reference laboratory diagnostic lab testing, digital radiographs, surgical procedures using local or general anesthesia including neuters, spays, some soft tissue and orthopedic surgical procedures, dental cleaning, and nutritional counseling. We assist pet parents with end-of-life counseling, hospice care, euthanasia, cremation, and final care of pet's body. Short-term boarding and baths of cats and dogs (less than 40 pounds) are performed as well. Think of us as your pet's family doctor.

We love Dr. Hart. He has a very calming demeanor with our two dogs, a border collie mix and a husky/boxer who is typically very nervous around new people. Loved Dr. Hart the first time he met him! Reasonable prices and the ability to schedule a little bit later into the evening is very nice too. My dogs went to him when I was a kid, and as an adult, I will continue to take my pets here.

Place is very affordable and that staff are very caring. Dr. Hart has been working with my boxers for years and I have no complaints. He always provides estimates to determine costs and they're always the most affordable! Better yet, I feel my animals get better tx for lower prices. I have since moved and currently live an hour away from this vet. I still drive my animals here b/c of the staff and the costs! Give them a shot you wont be disappointed.

I have to say I am very impressed with this vet. Even though there schedule was full they were still able to get me in. They were caring and attentive to my sick cat dobby. Even though I was a walk-in they squeezed me in and I didn't feel like it was being rushed. I expected to pay about $200 when it ended up only to be $108. So in all a great vet while not braking the bank. I didn't have a preferred vet before this visit but I do now

This past week was my first time taking one of my pets to Crestview. From the very first phone call to schedule an appointment, to the office visit, everything was perfect. Had a blood test taken on my cat Friday, and received a call with results at 10pm that next day, (Saturday). Never would I have imagined that they'd have my results so quickly. Long story, but Dr. Hart and his team deserve the praise for their exceptional work!

My family has taken our 'kids' since it first opened. The staff is great and you can tell they care about their patients. Have all the confidence in Dr Pagan and Dr Hart. They've been there for us through all the ups and downs. Even though we moved to another side of town we still bring our 'kids' there. Recommend highly!

I came to Crestview after reading the Yelp reviews and I must say that we were very impressed. They stay open until 6 during the week so I was able to get a 5:30 appointment after work. We went right into a room and a nice vet tech brought water and treats while I completed paperwork. Both the vet and the tech were polite to me and very loving toward my dog. They recommended safflower oil for her itchy skin and took the time to check her eyes, ears, mouth, and body. I felt very welcomed and the price was affordable. $89 for first visit appointment, booster shots, rabies shot, flea prevention and heart worm test. I will definitely return!

I had been to other vets years ago, but got introduced to Crestview when my first kitty got deathly sick. They took care of her in her final moments, and were so kind. They have been my vet ever since, almost 14 years now. Every time I go in, the service is amazing, the prices are great, and every vet who works there is awesome both to me and my cats. Oh, and Ms. Barbara at the front desk is the absolute best!! She's so sweet and efficient, if every front desk person was like her, the world would be a smoother, better, happier place. Thank you, Barbara, Dr Juan, Dr Hart, and all the others for taking such great care of my kitties for all these years!!! I may live in Noblesville, but your clinic is worth the drive.

We are never going to see another vet! Crestview took amazing care of my pup. I've never had a vet work so amazingly with our dog. Dr. Juan totally went all dog whisperer on us. He's GREAT!!!!! Our bill was more than reasonable. So happy we found a good vet in Indy!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!

We love Dr. Hart. He has a very calming demeanor with our two dogs, a border collie mix and a husky/boxer who is typically very nervous around new people. Loved Dr. Hart the first time he met him!
