ABUSIVE, INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL.. AVOID. Beware ! unreal treatment when I went to the "drive thru".. this isnt the first time these people hav been abrasive, caustic, and abusive, but for the care of my pet, I over looked it.. but not this time. I hav been coming for many years.. my GSD passed away and now hav a "new" puppy.. they argue with you, over charge you, today they had 5 people yelling at me because I wanted to watch my dog get her shot, and yet it could hav been done in minutes, but they wanted to be petty about "policy". had they told me about this "policy", I would hav chose differently.. but as another poster stated, "ITS ALL ABIOUT THE $$MONEY NOW" .. and it shows.. (also the response to her, also shows NO CREDIBILITY) I dont know about you, but I dont leave my dog, my child, my family, alone with anyone.. especially in a medical setting.. again, all they had to do was advise of this (but they did not). ok back to the being at the window, making me stand in the cold for several minutes, (it was very cold!) the one girl ("celeste") refusing to give me back my credit card.. it had been processed.. why she didnt return it was beyond belief. 'even after I asked FIVE times.. the other girl (short hair, slevve tattoos, didnt giv her name, who was standing there amid the cacophony) and please note I didnt yell back, all I said was "her shot could hav been done by now".. but no.. they wanted to attack instead of just get the job done and use logic, data, not emotions or drama.. good grief. again, after leaving the back, (and leaving my puppy) I was standing OUTSIDE in the COLD at the window.. this was so they could giv my puppy the one shot, and a nasal bordella.. which wasnt a problem a month ago.. then the passive-aggressive witholding of my CREDIT CARD.. also the passive-aggressive witholding of my pets paperwork.. making me wait. and wait. and wait. and stand there and wait. still asking for my credit card (it had been processed already.. the girl (celeste) just wanted to make me wait even more..) all of it mean spirited and spiteful.. then making me wait for the paperwork (sitting right there) but made me wait. (and wait) you get the idea.. but the worst was the ABUSIVE YELLING at me, when I initially came in the back door with my puppy, and they could hav administered the one shot, and been done.. but no. the yelling. was u n r e a l.. what professionals act in this manner? of course they will find a way to justify their behavior, when the Truth is, there is none.. I will NEVER return again.. theres no excuse .. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! ever since the new building, it seems they think they can violate you.. its truly now all about the MONEY here .. again A V O I D . Beware ! Read Less

Until the week of June 5, 2023, I would leave a 5 star review. Unfortunately, I cannot do that and here are the circumstances that support my rating: My dog had been a patient of Dr. Skinner for 5+ years. We always received what I would consider appropriate, standard and compassionate care from her and the other Veterinarians we saw through the years. Willingly, I spent a great deal of money with this practice. Additionally, Ally and Maribel took very good care of us - they were thorough and without fail delivered when they said they would. I felt confident in my level of care - Dr. Skinner was as available as possible in advance of and during visits - and never failed to call me if I requested her to do so. Never! Unfortunately, that changed the week of June 5th. There are a lot details to the story but the short version is that my dog passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2023. I phoned the practice to secure an appointment to be seen on Monday, June 5th. I was told she couldn't be seen until the following Tuesday. I accepted the appointment and asked to be put on a waiting list, AND have Dr. Skinner call me. Two additional days passed with no word from the doctor, and I called the practice on the morning of Thursday, June 8th to relay that my dog's condition had worsened and I really needed her to be seen. I also asked the person I was speaking to (learned later that she was an employee of an answering service) to let me speak to Dr. Skinner and that this is a serious situation. I was told she was busy with other patients, doctors' meetings and could potentially speak to me the following Saturday. Again, no communication with or from Dr. Skinner. I ended the call quickly since I was not making any progress, and drove my pet to the Noah's Emergency Service in Speedway where she was dead when we arrived. It was relayed to me during a meeting some days later with Mr. Dock representing Noah's corporate, that a practice employee always notes the file when a patient asks to speak to a doctor, and since they had NO recording (admittedly that only one call was recorded for training purposes which was not indicated when you call) or note in the file for either request - seems that I had never made either request; therefore that detail of the experience did not happen. I have not seen the file nor heard the recording - neither has been shared - nor has Dr. Skinner called me to speak about the details of my dog's passing. Perhaps if I had been able to speak to the doctor earlier in the week as I had asked, this story may have had a different ending - or at least one which didn't end quite so abruptly. That will never be known. Therefore, based on my recent experience, my advice when engaging with this clinic is this: DOCUMENT AND RECORD BOTH INBOUND AND OUTBOUND CALLS TO VALIDATE YOUR CONVERSATION. EVERY. LAST. DETAIL. Otherwise, if there is a disagreement of facts to some degree of proportion, you will have the supporting proof/documentation to affirm your position if ever needed. Read Less
