The staff are so kind and gentle with my cats. They take their time and make every effort to not scare them or freak them out. My cat Bonnie Wanda was calm and even permitted nail clipping and injections with no growls or scratches. Truly amazing. When it came time to put down my old sick cat Indy, they were so caring and sweet to us both.

We have always had a wonderful experience at The Paw Patch with Dr T and the techs. We have been going there for over the last 10+ years with our 3 dogs and a foster cat. We recently lost our dog in August and they were amazing. They were super caring, they sat with us loving on him and telling stories about when they first met him as a rescue and how far he had come. It was comforting to spend his last moments with people who had invested in him too. They go above and beyond, for example, the vet will personally call to check up on the pets. I would recommend them to everyone.

Three months ago, we brought our cat in to get an emergency checkup. He had stopped eating, his gums were pale, and he lost interest in everything. After a quick examination, Dr. Finnegan realized that his red blood cell count was extremely low and gave him medication for his condition. Dr. Tysklind called and was both understanding and realistic with our options. His medication worked, and he's stayed alive and healthy longer than anyone thought possible. My experience here with the responsiveness and availability of the staff was excellent. The quality of service, reasonable price, and cleanliness are just some of the reasons to bring your pets to the Paw Patch. The personal touch and friendly faces are what will keep you coming back.

My 11 year old dog went to The Paw Patch due to diarrhea and constipation issues that had been on going for 5-6 months. After not getting any answers (and having my concerns dismissed) I went to The Paw Patch. WOW! The staff is so friendly and actually listens to you. Doc T is such a wonderful, caring man! They contacted the previous vet office and got my dogs records and immediately started a plan of attack. They did a complete blood count, urinalysis, stool analysis, x-rays and ultrasound and discovered that my dog has an impacted colon and a swollen uterus. They kept me informed the entire time and answered all of my questions. They truly are there for the animal and it's so nice to have the assurance that your pet is in great hands. Doc T has more then likely saved my dogs life and I can't thank him and Molly (our vet tech) enough!!! I am very happy to say that I have found my new, full time, veterinary clinic!

Smart, friendly, and compassionate describes the entire staff at The Paw Patch. We travel over 45 minutes just to come to The Paw Patch. One of our cats was diagnosed with Lymphoma (and subsequent diabetes) and with Dr. T's educated treatment and monitoring, our Henry lived 5+ years beyond his diagnosis - kind of unheard of in lymphoma cats. We are beyond grateful. We will continue to travel across town to use The Paw Patch - why go anywhere else when we know we have the best!

I could not be more pleased with our experience at the Paw Patch! Dr. Tysklind and his staff are very professional, warm, and customer service oriented. From start to finish, the visit was as pleasant as can be! I had to get a stool sample from my dog and bring it in the following day and I walked in to find the entire staff having a team meeting. They all turned to me and cheered and then wished me a Merry Christmas. Who needs therapy when all you need to do is spend a few minutes with these folks!

I was here today for the pet wash side of Pet Paws.You sign in at the veterinarian desk and they'll take you to one of the pet wash rooms.You have your own room with a door and all the supplies necessary. Pet Paws supplies shampoo and conditioner in a convenient spray hose, thick towels and aprons for yourself. The stainless steel tub is deep and at a decent height with minimal stooping. Since my husband usually brings our Aussi for bathtime, the staff covered everything available for her bath. There is even a call light to the desk if you need assistance. A ramp is available for the pets to use but my girl wouldn't use this one so we picked her up. The room is quite, clean, warm, and with the door closed blocks out office or dogs in next room. After bathing a dryer is available in the room, with a very long hose, to dry your pet. Her bath went without incident and she even allowed me to partially dry her. She's terrified of blow dryers, sweepers, loud appliances but this dryer didn't seem as loud to her but powerful.Overall I was happy with the facility, staff, cleanliness, temp of water, supplies and equipment provided.

T saved my 13 year old cat maya's life. i'll never use another vet. originally i took her to the 'cat care clinic' where they over vaccinated her + pulled her tooth w/ out permission. this threw her whole system out of whack causing her to stop eating + drinking. i was crushed, my little furry soul mate was now fighting for her life. fortunately my good friend made me take her to visit dr. T. he put her on a vigilant health plan which saved her life for a fraction of the price i paid elsewhere. he is a bright, kind, honest, fair man. i'm eternally grateful.

Yes, the service here was decent.. That's the ONLY good thing I can say about this place. Just like the other review, they are RIDICULOUS in their pricing. My boyfriend and I were literally shocked at what we were being charged. For example, we were charged $14 for them to snip a piece of hair. We couldn't even find the area that had been clipped. Fourteen dollars. (We had brought our dog in for an abscess in his and decided to go ahead and get his vaccines.) The vet told us they'd call to schedule a check up visit to ensure the area had healed.. We went to the recheck and was charged FIFTY DOLLARS. We were there 10-15 minutes TOTAL. We figured the ludicrous $260 we had already spent would cover the 5 minutes they spent seeing us for the recheck. So, unless you have piles of money laying around the pay an overpriced vet look at your pet, this place would fit the bill.

My 11 year old dog went to The Paw Patch due to diarrhea and constipation issues that had been on going for 5-6 months. After not getting any answers (and having my concerns dismissed) I went to The Paw Patch. WOW! The staff is so friendly and actually listens to you. Doc T is such a wonderful, caring man! They contacted the previous vet office and got my dogs records and immediately started a plan of attack. They did a complete blood count, urinalysis, stool analysis, x-rays and ultrasound and discovered that my dog has an impacted colon and a swollen uterus. They kept me informed the entire time and answered all of my questions. They truly are there for the animal and it's so nice to have the assurance that your pet is in great hands. Doc T has more then likely saved my dogs life and I can't thank him and Molly (our vet tech) enough!!! I am very happy to say that I have found my new, full time, veterinary clinic!

Smart, friendly, and compassionate describes the entire staff at The Paw Patch. We travel over 45 minutes just to come to The Paw Patch. One of our cats was diagnosed with Lymphoma (and subsequent diabetes) and with Dr. T's educated treatment and monitoring, our Henry lived 5+ years beyond his diagnosis - kind of unheard of in lymphoma cats. We are beyond grateful. We will continue to travel across town to use The Paw Patch - why go anywhere else when we know we have the best!

I could not be more pleased with our experience at the Paw Patch! Dr. Tysklind and his staff are very professional, warm, and customer service oriented. From start to finish, the visit was as pleasant as can be! I had to get a stool sample from my dog and bring it in the following day and I walked in to find the entire staff having a team meeting. They all turned to me and cheered and then wished me a Merry Christmas. Who needs therapy when all you need to do is spend a few minutes with these folks!

Dr Tysklind always goes above and beyond to help in time of need. He will seek out additional opinions and information if necessary to ensure the best care for your vet. Several times he has seen us after hours and always works us in. He is very thorough and returns calls ppersonal and makes sure to do so. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was here today for the pet wash side of Pet Paws.You sign in at the veterinarian desk and they'll take you to one of the pet wash rooms.You have your own room with a door and all the supplies necessary. Pet Paws supplies shampoo and conditioner in a convenient spray hose, thick towels and aprons for yourself. The stainless steel tub is deep and at a decent height with minimal stooping. Since my husband usually brings our Aussi for bathtime, the staff covered everything available for her bath. There is even a call light to the desk if you need assistance. A ramp is available for the pets to use but my girl wouldn't use this one so we picked her up. The room is quite, clean, warm, and with the door closed blocks out office or dogs in next room. After bathing a dryer is available in the room, with a very long hose, to dry your pet. Her bath went without incident and she even allowed me to partially dry her. She's terrified of blow dryers, sweepers, loud appliances but this dryer didn't seem as loud to her but powerful.Overall I was happy with the facility, staff, cleanliness, temp of water, supplies and equipment provided.

T saved my 13 year old cat maya's life. i'll never use another vet. originally i took her to the 'cat care clinic' where they over vaccinated her + pulled her tooth w/ out permission. this threw her whole system out of whack causing her to stop eating + drinking. i was crushed, my little furry soul mate was now fighting for her life. fortunately my good friend made me take her to visit dr. T. he put her on a vigilant health plan which saved her life for a fraction of the price i paid elsewhere. he is a bright, kind, honest, fair man. i'm eternally grateful.

They charged me 55$!! + were rood to me and my puppy. Just because I came in a last 15 min and doctor was leaving the office.

Yes, the service here was decent.. That's the ONLY good thing I can say about this place. Just like the other review, they are RIDICULOUS in their pricing. My boyfriend and I were literally shocked at what we were being charged. For example, we were charged $14 for them to snip a piece of hair. We couldn't even find the area that had been clipped. Fourteen dollars. (We had brought our dog in for an abscess in his and decided to go ahead and get his vaccines.) The vet told us they'd call to schedule a check up visit to ensure the area had healed.. We went to the recheck and was charged FIFTY DOLLARS. We were there 10-15 minutes TOTAL. We figured the ludicrous $260 we had already spent would cover the 5 minutes they spent seeing us for the recheck. So, unless you have piles of money laying around the pay an overpriced vet look at your pet, this place would fit the bill.
