I’ve never felt so taken care of in a vet. They handle my pet with care and love. Also I got quality service and information without having to spend all of my last pay check. They told me what I need to do to get my cats health on check and didn’t use scare tactics to make me want to purchase an X-ray exam or other information that would’ve been charged. They are very honest staff and really succeed in making they’re veterinary a home. Thanks!

This is the BEST vet hospital in Indy, hands down. They're very friendly and offer cheap services.
Our cat had to have a very difficult surgery, and W 56th St Vet was so kind and helpful in her recovery, even going so far as to monitor her for free during the days after her operation. We are honestly so thankful to them for helping save our cat's life. She's on the mend and acting more like her old self. Thank you!!

Dr. D and her staff were absolutely wonderful with my fur baby! You can tell these are folks who truly love animals, and understand that they aren't just treating someone's pet; they're treating someone's family member. My dog is pretty high strung when he's not around me, so they took extra time with him to make sure he was comfortable with them around. By the time we left he was giving all of them huge puppy smiles!

We've taken all of our pets to West 56th since we moved to the area 15 years ago. Dr. Dallas has always cared deeply for us and our pets. She as cried with us when we've made the difficult, but necessary decision to euthanize. She's performed delicate surgeries on our lab Molly who finds innovative ways to ingest foreign bodies. She has worked with us when money was tight. Dr. Dallas is also happy to take the time to explain what exactly is going on with blood tests and surgeries. She is generous with her time, talent, and expertise. I cannot imagine a better person to care for our family.

I really like Dr. Dallas and staff, but unfortunately I can't come back. I'm writing this review in the clinic waiting room and I have been waiting 2 hours for simple kitten vaccinations. I totally understand things happen as I've worked in a clinic, but I've had to reschedule twice because I gave up after an hour. Today I have held on cause this needs to get done. I hate it too, because I like the vet and staff! I just don't have time for this vet.

I "liked" this page because LOOOVE was not an option! Dr Dallas was our vet for over 20 years because she is the best in every regard. Not enough time to share all the details, but suffice to say that when I moved away from the Indianapolis area a few years ago, she was one of two people I cried about leaving. (The other was my dog groomer.) Still missing her and many of the people who made up her office staff. Probably always will.

On Saturday we got a sympathy card from our vet Dr. Dallas, and a note about making a contribution in Lilith's name to the development fund at Purdue, also a card about the Rainbow Bridge and a note about the Pet Loss grief Support Group. I have had to take animals in on an emergency basis and she always makes time to see them. I will always trust her with the care of our four legged family members. I've taken my pets to West 56th St Veterinarian Hospital since 1987-88 and have never been disappointed. They are caring and understanding. They always get you in for an appt. in a reasonable amount of time. I've even seen someone come in with a sick animal who was not turned away because of no appointment. I do highly recommend them to anyone seeking a good veterinarian for their four-footed babies. Parking is good and plenty of grass around for doggies to weedle or doodle before seeing the doc.

I "liked" this page because LOOOVE was not an option! Dr Dallas was our vet for over 20 years because she is the best in every regard. Dr. Dallas is amazing with our dog. She's been going since she was a pup and loves going. She gets nervous but Dr. Dallas talks to her and pets her. The staff there is so knowledgable and very nice. I highly recommend this vets office if you're looking for high quality service and the utmost attention to your animals health and well being!

Dr. Dallas and staff are the best....We had to let our girl Lilith go at the Airport Emergency hospital a week ago, they told us they would notify our vet (West 56th St Vet Hospital)... On Saturday we got a sympathy card from our vet Dr. Dallas, and a note about making a contribution in Lilith's name to the development fund at Purdue, also a card about the Rainbow Bridge and a note about the Pet Loss grief Support Group. Have never had such a caring vet.....Dr. Dallas and Staff ROCK!!!!!!!

I am so thankful to have found West 56th St Veterinary Hospital! Dr. Dallas is very knowledgable and always takes a practical approach to treatment. I have had to take animals in on an emergency basis and she always makes time to see them. I will always trust her with the care of our four legged family members. Her staff is kind and very good with the animals. I would highly recommend Dr Dallas to anyone seeking vet care for their pet!

I cannot express in words the dedication and love each and everyone of these employees has for animals. I have been going to w. 56 th for years, and haven't had anything but excellent service! They truely treat your animal as if it was their own. And if you are at your end of your journey they are nothing but compassionate and understanding. trust in them! they are amazing!

I've taken my pets to West 56th St Veterinarian Hospital since 1987-88 and have never been disappointed. They are caring and understanding. They always get you in for an appt. in a reasonable amount of time. I've even seen someone come in with a sick animal who was not turned away because of no appointment. I do highly recommend them to anyone seeking a good veterinarian for their four-footed babies. Parking is good and plenty of grass around for doggies to weedle or doodle before seeing the doc.
