Cannot say enough on how much I appreciate Dr. Taylor and his staff! You will not find such a caring vet as he is. We have been going to him for at least 15 years plus and 4 dogs. Besides giving yearly shots and regular tests, he has stitched up, done a few surgeries and our dog Jack went thru chemo treatments also. Was very appreciative of having him as our vet. I just saw this site/page!!!!!!! I have been taking my dogs here for a long time, many years. I most recently was there June2nd of this year.My precious, beloved Molly had to be put down. It was such a sad time. I apologize to Dr. Taylor for having a complete meltdown while I was there!!!! I was so beside myself, I was a mess. So glad my husband came with me. But Dr. Taylor and the staff were very understanding and so nice. Everyone was so respectful of her body. That meant so much to me and my husband. She was even wheeled out to the car on a cart . And we were given a nice cloth like piece that zipped to put her body in. I am so forever grateful for the respect you all showed to her body. Couldn't be more happier with our visit. We recently adopted a rescue dog and then found out a day later, it was showing signs of kennel cough. I called early in the morning on a Saturday (which they were booked) and they worked me in under an hour so I could immediately helped my dog. This was very nice for them to do and I am glad I was able to get my dog medication so she could start to feel better. But that's not all. Even though this was more of a health exam rather than wellness checkup required by my SPCA, they did not charge me for it, and honored the free donated wellness check. Saved me around $50. It's unfortunate my girlfriend is moving away from the area, but we will travel back for regular check ups just because they treated us so well. 100% recommend. If it were for the advice from Julie, for getting him in on this crazy day, and the expertise of the staff who treated our baby.. his infection may have gotten worse. This is the most amazing vet and staff. They are so kind and caring. I just had to take Ruby (our dog) in due to an upper respiratory infection. They got her right in and did it with smiles on their faces. They never act like you are a bother or that you don't matter. It is hard to find businesses like this anymore. Had an issue last year with our kitties had be spayed by another vet, where they were tearing out their stitches. They invited us in without an appointment at their time of closing and took care us, offered us advice, and were so nice doing it! Although this isn't our home-vet, we felt at home there. Just wish they were a little less expensive so they could be our home-vet. =) Not everyone can afford laser surgery to spay their kitty, and as I understand it, that's all they offer. Read Less
