I have taken my dogs to Dr. Hines for some time. He is very good with them. He has done a number of surgeries for me and the incisions are always very clean and neat. One of my little poodles took very ill several years ago and Dr. Hines saved her. He performed surgery and kept her at the hospital until he believed she could come home. Recently our Beagle Katie was extremely sick and we begin to see there was no way for her to recover. We along with Dr Hines advice made the heart wrenching decision to put her to sleep. If you have a pet, this is the Doctor to go to without hesitation. 10 years ago walked in with a homeless puppy skinny as could be. Filled with ticks and fleas. Doctor and his staff jumped into high speed to treat my Dixie May. During these years she developed Diabetes. She was close to death. She stayed there until she was stable. Would never change. I have been very pleased with Dr. Hines and his staff. We moved and had to find a new vet. Have taken several of our many pets to him and the results have been great! He has performed surgery to remove a growth on my dogs mouth, spaying and neutering, xray for pregnant mother and unfortunately euthinization our cat with heart problems but was extremely compassionate. AWFUL. I was told to not my an appt, and to just bring my cat in before 9am and they would see her between the first two appointments. I kept calling, asking if they had seen her yet, and by 3pm I gave up and drove there. My cat had a raw, bloody nose that was swollen shut, ulcers covering her entire mouth and in her throat, and was later diagnosed with calicvirus. This vet shoved a flea pill in her throat with the ulcers, ripped the scab off her nose causing it to become infected, gave her a shot (supposedly), all without calling me. The vet never came out to see me, tell me anything, and the vet tech just brought my cat out and asked for money. They didn't give two sh*ts about my cat. She passed away from the virus 3 days later because it wasn't caught soon enough to be more proactive. If you want someone that cares, don't go here. Seven oaks vet in plymouth worked tirelessly to save her life, and if only I hadn't wasted an entire day at this joke of a place, my 15yo cat might still be alive! Read Less

Took great care of my cat after she was shot in the leg. Doc was confident the leg could be saved in lieu of amputating as suggested by my regular vet. I feel as though they take their time with my pet and during our appointments instead of rushing us in and out. She's doing great now and is on the mend.
