I have been taking my pets to All Creature Features for 3 years and after today I will never return. I scheduled a same day appointment for my sick cat. I think their availability is fantastic, but there have been several minor mistakes over the years by the staff especially staff that works at the front desk. I called a few weeks ago to request the name on one of my pets be switched from me to the secondary person on the account, because I placed a CHEWY order for revolution which is a flea / heartworm topical (because with a new Chewy account there is a discount ) and CHEWY would be contacting the vet for prescription order. The first time I called I was told I didn't need to change the name ,because they were already on the account. So CHEWY contacts them and the office denies the order stating no such account exits. I call back and they report the first person I spoke with made a mistake by telling me that. So I requested again the secondary person be switched to primary on that one particular pet only. So today at my appointment I find out they switched the name on all of my pets account and Dani wouldn't switch it back unless the secondary owner told them to despite never being authorized to switch the other accounts in the first place. So in the mean time of arguing with me the secondary owner is now in a room with our sick cat. While I'm in the room with my cat I can hear Dani complaining about me to the other staff in the back..Then Dr. Jacki Andree refuses to give my cat the treatment they have provided in the past on 3 other occasions based on her symptoms and history without tormenting her and cathing her and x-raying her despite this being a successful treatment of antibiotic and steroid. In the past this particular cat has seen several of the other vets and it has been agreed given her other issues we want to mostly make her comfortable. Dr. Andree respond, "I don't arbitrarily give antibiotics". So I agree for them to x-ray her and try to get urine. They make us wait and then the vet tech comes out to say the x-rays went fine and show nothing and they can't get any urine and they will give the antibiotic and the steroid as we originally requested, but now my cat is so distressed they also want to sedate her first. So we requested to be present to give the shots Not sedation. So the vet techs call us back, they were great and we held our cat still and they gave the injections with no problem and no sedation. As I left they also present me with ear medication that we supposedly discussed with the vet. That was not true. The only conversation was, yes her ears bother her and we have given her ear meds in the past So as I check out I confront the staff in general at the front and Dani in particular that I could hear them in the back talking about me and how unprofessional they are and they were the ones who made the mistake to begin with. Dani started saying I was yelling at her while she "was trying to help me" before which I wasn't initially just asking her to make the correction to names on account and she took an attitude to begin with. I responded, "I'm yelling at you now". which I was. She started screaming I was " pulling an illegal scam by changing the name on a prescription." Um no we just opened a new account on Chewy for our multiple pets which offered a discount. I will miss Dr. Dorroh and the vet techs, but not the front desk staff who I have heard talking badly about other customers in the past or that smarmy Dr. Andree who wouldn't do what was in my pets best interest just so she held the power to give the treatment my cat needed so she could sound like she knew more. I'm not a vet, but I know my cat. Thank you to the Dr. Dorroh and the other vets that listened to me and treated my pet appropriately without adding unnecessary costs and duress to my cat. Read Less
