I had to wait 30min past my apt time although I was the first one in the door and they didn't even acknowledge my existence for 10min after they took care of the two other people who came in after me. Once back there the vet didn't even introduce herself for all I know my dog was examined by a vet tech. Overpriced and unprofessional. Read Less

NEVER USING THIS VET AGAIN. For one they are very unprofessional I called three days ago and set up an appointment for today at 4 and when I get there they don't even have my appointment recorded from earlier, and two they were very rough with my cat, one lady held him by the nape against the table almost the whole time until I got his pet carrier. They also charged me for a "comprehensive pet examination" on top of what I originally came for which was way more expensive! All she did was run a comb through his hair a single time, and I was there for worms... the cat has no fleas... Read Less
