I was able to get in within 24 hours of calling the office and didn't have to wait one minute upon our arrival. They took their time with her and were able to get test results right away so that treatment could begin immediately. They were so very patient with my shy german shepherd Casper. They took the time to let him get to know them and to make him as comfortable as possible. Their patients with him allowed them to be able to get a thorough wellness exam, vaccinations, and blood taken peacefully. The last vet I took him to didn't spend near as much time with him, decided the best solution would be to put a muzzle on him, and wasn't even able to get as good of an exam done due to him being so frightened.
