Dr Nordman is a great, caring, sympathetic vet. The doctor treated our13 year old lab for ammonia which he was great even though Joe was older we pursued everything avenue to save him. My husband & I were on our way to our new home in Florida. 2 hours out of Chicago our little girl Tiger has passed away. What a horrible ordeal to go through, but we found this clinic just 10 minutes away. What a blessing . They helped us with a Tiger and made all the arrangements to get her back to us at our new home which we sooo much wanted Tiger to be a part of. Thank you all at the clinic. Dr. Nordman's clinic is awesome! They're open later than others which is great for people who work a regular job. Dr. Nordman is so honest, funny and tells you like it is. He doesn't try to sell you unnecessary procedures for your pet just to make money (unlike others I've been to.) Service costs are very fair and reasonable! Recently, on my daughter's 11th birthday, her cat got very sick but funds were tight due to birthday expenses for my twins. Dr. Nordman let us bring her kitty in based on the urgency of the symptoms and set up a payment plan for us. I'm so thankful for that, would've been awful if her kitty died on her birthday :( After an easy round of antibiotics, her kitty is just fine! No other vets around here do that for people! Dr. Nordman and his staff always treated our pets like their own. They are kind and caring, reasonably priced, and offer grooming and boarding on-site. My dogs were always excited to go see the vet or go to the kennel! They pay special attention to all pets individually.Read Less

They are the best and I have been to many others but after going to them for over 7 years and getting to know them well I feel very comfortable with them. One very great experience I had was my lab eat some that got him very sick. He had to have surgery and the vet out of his way to do the surgery the same day. Even better they ending up charging us a fee we could afford. I take all three of my dogs there for shots, annual check ups, and to even get there nails clipped. There have a limited kennel area so I have used them in the past for keeping my dogs over-night. With having a Basenji it's nice because it's a inside kennel only. So there was no way for him to run off. Read Less
