Can’t understand or accept the hostility and rudeness from Denise the receptionist. I wonder if she’s there only because she’s related to the owner. We have regular business for them, being a private rescue with 38 animals currently. Wanted to bring three dogs in last week, two for rabies shots and one for an elderly dog that appears to be having a hard time. Decided against it after dealing with Denise again. We dread calling the place for fear Denise will answer the phone. She’s not any better in person either. It seems very much like she’s trying to undermine the place of business. We have reached our limit and are looking elsewhere for service. We have had very positive experiences at St. Francis Pet Hospital in Centerton otherwise. Read Less
