Took my pup here today. I was super impressed with the doc and her crew. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They take their time with you and your animal. The doc came in and got down on the floor, she took her time getting to know my pup before the exam. The actual exam was so easy for me and my pup because the doc and her crew are EXCELLENT at what they do. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone. I will be taking all of my animals to her as well as any future babies I adopt.

I've recently started taking both of my dogs here, and I cannot describe how much I love this place!! This is the 3rd vet I've taken my dogs to, and I finally found one I like! They are all so wonderful to me and my fur babies. They always run tests even when they know what the issue is, so they can be sure to cure my dogs, and they really TALK to me and explain everything. The first time I took my new dog there, they didn't just grab him and run tests... they waited for 30 minutes and let him walk around until he was comfortable enough for them to do their jobs. THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!

I took my Otis and Gabby to see Dr. Puerling for the first time, yesterday. She was very good with them--and me. She took the time to relate to them and to answer my many questions. We have recently moved to Michiana Shores full time and I loved the vet my cats saw back in Lock port, IL, but I feel very good about having Dr. Puerling as their vet from now on.

The staff there were exceptional. My Chihuahua was really sick and we had to put him at peace and they were so kind and comforting to me and my grandson. They gave us plenty of time to say goodbye to Chewy. It was very hard for us but they made it alittle easier. Thank you all so much. And I know someday Chewy will be able to cross the Rainbow Bridge and be with me again. God bless you all.

I took my, "Babygirl", to this clinic in September. She was diagnosed with a terminal disease. Although she will never be cured, with a change in diet along with adding a few herbal supplements, she is enjoying life. Three different vets gave her 2 months, well here we are at 9 months later and she is still thriving!! Thank you!!

We have been through several vets and either I was too picky or I hadn't just found home yet. One very early morning I called this clinic in a panic to rush in and everyone was super calming, super friendly, super wonderful. From that one visit alone I have made up my mind that this is my clinic for all my animals from here on out.

Took my pup here today. I was super impressed with the doc and her crew. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They take their time with you and your animal. The doc came in and got down on the floor, she took her time getting to know my pup before the exam. The actual exam was so easy for me and my pup because the doc and her crew are EXCELLENT at what they do. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone.
