I so trust this place with the handling and care of my dog. I was stressing about how to get an issue with my pup due to financial concerns. They took great care of her and even introduced me to the Scratchpay organization which helped with the cost of my pup's care.

My pets have been clients of the Michigan City Animal Hospital for more than 18 yrs. I choose only the best for my pets..dogs, cats and the occasional snake. Everyone is consistent in their concern, the care and their ability to meet appointment requests. My only concern is the frequent turnover of support staff..but then that may be the nature of a fast paced Office personnel position.

I've always had top quality care and expertise for my cats ... and myself! I'm going on 19 years as a client (with a short break for worrying about pricing. Turned out, as usual, you get what you pay for, AND other vet facilities actually charged much the same, with lesser quality). I learned a great big lesson, and am a cheerleader for the entire practice.

The only complaint I have ever had is how long the wait is. Even with the long wait they check on you and tell you approx. how long a wait it will be. I don't complain about the wait. The doctor takes the time needed with all patients and you never feel rushed. (I love Dr. Hill)

I had the best experience ever at a Veterinarian hospital. Dr. Fairchild is an excellent Dr. She took her time with Lincolns exam. Went above and beyond the normal. Explained everything to me were I could understand. I had a dog for 14 years before he passed and I've never had a Veterinarian take the time and do half of what Dr. Fairchild did for Lincoln. Thank you Dr. Fairchild and Michigan City Animal hospital. You have a client for life. I will recommend MC Animal hospital to everyone I know. Thank you again.

Both of my kittens come to this office, and they love it! In fact when I brought my snowshoe in she fell asleep on the table in the exam room! Dr Hill is very kind and knowledgeable. They called the day after the appt to make sure the girls were doing okay. She's also very fast on calling back when you have a question. The front desk girls are super nice also. Love, love, love this office!

I took in my guinea pig to have her teeth trimmed. Everyone was super friendly and I could tell they really cared. She was supposed to have her teeth trimmed on Tuesday but it was moved to today, which was fine. Someone called me every morning to ask me if she was doing okay and if I had any questions. If I did have any questions, Dr. Hill would always call me back as soon as she could. She even told me that if I thought my guinea pig needed the procedure done sooner that she would figure out a way to squeeze it in early. Dr. Hill and the rest of the staff have been absolutely amazing to me and my piggy. I'm definitely going to take all of my animals here from now on.

Just recently took my miniature English bulldog there upon my bro's recommendation. The entire staff and Dr Bailey were wonderful. I didn't feel rushed through so he could move on to the patient. He took the time to address and clearly explain my dog's multiple issues. Highly recommend!

I have taken all my animals to MC Animal for 5 1/2 years now...and would go absolutely NO WHERE ELSE!! The entire office is very friendly, and caring, no matter the circumstances that arise. My animals are taken care of as I would do myself, and means much to me! It doesn't matter which vet you see, they are all 3, A M A Z I N G !!!!!!!! They care for and educate the owner as well. Nothing is too odd, or too ignorant for them to explain and teach. I have taken in dogs, cats, rats.....and all have been cared for superbly. I feel extremely blessed to have found a Vet office that I have no fear taking any of my animals to. They become your friends, and part of your family!

My pets have been clients of the Michigan City Animal Hospital for more than 18 yrs. I choose only the best for my pets..dogs, cats and the occasional snake. Everyone is consistent in their concern, the care and their ability to meet appointment requests. My only concern is the frequent turnover of support staff..but then that may be the nature of a fast paced Office personnel position.

I had the best experience ever at a Veterinarian hospital. Dr. Fairchild is an excellent Dr. She took her time with Lincolns exam. Went above and beyond the normal.
