I wish there was an option to give 0 ratings on this place. The place is a JOKE! The VET and the STAFF are a joke and a piece of crap business!! All they do is screw you and your animals over and take your money! They don’t care about you or your pets! When I was there they took my younger dog into a room and I could hear them trying to hurt him and he was yelling in pain and scared! Not only that! But they did unnecessary test to over charge and come up with bull crap and st...upid fees! AND when requested for paper work to be sent over to a NEW VET they came up with excuses and wouldn’t even allow me or my mother to talk to them about the issue. THEY WERE RUDE and YELLING AT US!! CUTTING US OFF!! THEY HUNG UP ON US!!! And they were trying to prevent sending prescriptions for pets that they are LEGALLY BOUND TO DO!! They are complete assholes to their pet patients and their owners!! Do not go there you will regret it! You will be over charged and lose money! They will screw you over! They don’t care about your pets health or well being! And are only about money! And treat your pets badly behind closed doors!!! You have been warned!! DO NOT go here! They need put out of business!!!! See more

Been going there for years. Very pleased and Muffe seems to like the Dr until he gets around her face. Muffe don’t like anyone to touch around her eyes. I would recommend Animal Care Clinic to anyone....
Been going there for years. Very pleased and Muffe seems to like the Dr until he gets around her face. Muffe don’t like anyone to touch around her eyes. I would recommend Animal Care Clinic to anyone. Dr Chaplin is so gentle and careing. Of course it cost a arm and leg to take her but that is quite alright. We trust them there.

By far the best staff and Dr. Chaplin is the best in the area. The entire time we took coco to them til the end. They treated us as family and the animals care is superior. You have some clinic that runs as a business and are all business. Animal Care Clinic is a place that put there hearts into the animal care and treat them with great care and do everything that they can do. I will recommend them to anyone anytime and will have my animals care forever.

We recently added another family member and I needed to get in fast and a place for my new puppy Sadie to sleep overnight. Dr.Chapin's staff made it happen and Sadie loved it!!! Her big brother Cole has been a patient for many years and they nursed him they broken bones a few years ago. Everyone is fantastic!!!!

I called another vet and got her in immediately. The staff is very unprofessional and seem to only care about the money and not the people or the animals. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!

All they do is screw you and your animals over and take your money! They don’t care about you or your pets!
