I never have to wait very long and the staff is all super friendly. They however are not very good at giving price quotes. I asked how much it would be to spay my dog and she told me $199. I was not aware that did not include medication that would be sent home. I think the prices are fair but it would be nice to have a complete figure without surprises. Read Less

I have 2 birds, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. I can call anytime and am usually at the office on the same day. They are knowledgeable, kind and the doctors and nurses and staff are all great. The only thing that would make it easier for me is if you could make payments. I understand that they don't, and that's okay, it would make it easier for me. It's not all about me though. I have been taking my dogs here since they opened this location and the staff are friendly, accommodating, and thorough. They take the time to get to know my dogs, explain findings and options, and answer questions. I accompanied my grandmother (who suffers from dementia) during her dog's last months and I was amazed at how the staff worked with her. Dr. Jordan was so patient and compassionate, ensuring she understood the situation, had a voice, and felt she was doing the best for her dog. It meant the world to her. When my brother's dog wouldn't eat for a few days, another vet clinic told him that the dog would be fine after sometime. When I finally convinced my brother to leave his long time vet and give Warrick Veterinary Clinic a chance they treated the dog right away, offered medication and by evening the dog was back eating. The staff here are very kind, nice and compassionate. They dont make me feel bad if I cant afford all the tests and treatments. they explain everything as we go along and discuss ways to be able to afford what i need to get done. When I had 2 pets pass away of old age within 3 weeks of each other, they remembered my situation and went out of their way to make sure I was ok with going into the same exam room that my 1st pet was in. Will never go anywhere else!! After a misdiagnosis from another vet in Evansville, won't mention there name but will say they are next to pets mart. After spending 250 there and dog still very sick, The doctor at Warrick in Newburgh took us in as a emergency appt, was extremely thorough. Thank you dr John for everything !!!! Lindsay and Dr. Jordan Baker worked with us today -they know I have a pet allergies and so I'm usually miserable while we're there ... During a very difficult and trying time the staff was amazing. Never giving up on Lady and going above and beyond to help her heal. They spent so much time with her. They truly were another family for her. She bonded with everyone there. I do not believe there is another facility who would have done all the things to help her. When the difficult decision was made to lay her to rest everyone said their good byes. It means so much to have such a caring group to support you and your love one. You can tell the staff is there because of their love of animals. We will forever be great full for all you have done for us and all you continue to do. We really love the care we have always received at Warrick Vet Clinic Newburgh. Our two dogs are some of the most important members of our family, so it has never been an option not to have excellent veterinary care. Thankfully, Warrick Vet Clinic Newburgh offers that. Drs Natalie and Jordan Baker are truly an asset to the team there. Our pets have always been treated well (with lots of belly rubs and hugs from the staff!) and both doctors are great at explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan with me. The front desk staff and techs are wonderful. They are very sweet and always treat our boys like family when we come in. The staff knows us by name and it is nice having such a welcoming group of people first thing when you walk in the door. My only complaint is the increased cost since the transition from Newburgh Plaza Vet to Warrick Vet Clinic Newburgh. They do offer a discount on office visits from time to time, but the cost is still more than I would ideally like to pay, and certainly more than we paid before. The quality of the care our boys receive is second to none, and we plan to continue to use WCVN for all of their needs, even if it means paying a few extra dollars. Read Less

This is the greatest vet clinic in the area, imho. Dr. Lutton is caring, personable, has a great table side manner and really knows his animals! We have been going here for years and wouldn't trust our animals with anyone else!! Read Less
