I've been to other vets for my two pits--this is the place to go for any animal. When one of my pits had osteosarcoma cancer in his leg he was misdiagnosed and very sick. My veterinarians since 1997. Spaying, neutering, torn growth plate, even excellent ACL surgery on my service dog. Never had a problem. Polite, friendly, and listen to my concerns. They have been there for euthanasia on my 16 year old senior dogs whose organs were shutting down too. A few times the Dr. was even concerned by my health. I went here because my parents always have, and I'll never go anywhere else for my dog. She hates the vet and is an absolute nightmare, but they are so friendly and helpful. I never once feel like they're annoyed or wanting us to leave. They always make sure to answer all your questions, and the receptionists are nice when you make an appointment. I love it here! I would rate this clinic , the doctors and its staff 5 + stars . We took our bully in because she was very sick and not eating along with a few other things . They kept her for about 4 days , ran a series of blood work , X-rays . Every day I got pictures of our " baby " from Megan . And was constantly updated . She didn't have to do that - but she did - even through the weekend . It was so appreciated And the doctors have always been amazing ! The people who work there really love their jobs and all the animals. They even cut up our dogs food and hand fed her so she would eat !!!! And after spending 4 days , tests and they sent our girl home with special food and 3 prescriptions , I thought I was going to have to sell my first born . I didn't !!! I have brought my previous and current owner trained service dog into Plymouth Veterinary for care for at least 12+ years. There is no governing body in Indiana that requires a service dog be certified or "professionally" trained. My owner trained service dog, Finnegan, can open/close doors, remove clothing items, retrieve dropped items, pull a manual chair, pay at the store, retrieve clothes from inside of the front loading washer/dryer and many other tasks. Owner trained service dogs can be just as well trained and well behaved as "professionally trained" service animals. I have brought my other "professionally" service dog to your establishment for years and never had any questions asked of me about "certification". I have never felt so unwelcome and am now questioning Finnegan's veterinary care should remain at Plymouth Veterinary. With my other service dog as long as a room was available, I was allowed to accompany her into a room to comfort her while she was getting treated even for a simple nail trim. I'm disappointed by the customer service or lack there of at Finn's last visit. Unless absolutely necessary a service dog should not be separated from its handler.Read Less

Dr Lindsey is the most wonderful doctor anyone could ever have. We have been going to him for 13 years, he had the greatest bedside manner, plenty of md doctors could learn a thing or two from him. Recently we lost our little girl from diabetes complications, the whole staff at Plymouth veterinary clinic where great on such a hard time in our lives. Our Koko was diagnosed with bone cancer, a very aggressive and nasty cancer. Our vet in Mishawaka and several articles online said the only thing to do was amputate her leg. Of course, we were devastated. I wanted another opinion and a friend recommended these drs. I called them, thru tears explained what was going on and I needed to talk to someone. These people did not know me and i had never been to them. Dr Souder called us back and although she agreed with previous recommendations, we connected with her and she got our baby in a week before my vet could for the surgery which was very important. They gave us updates and sent pics each day which was a godsend. It is day 4 since the surgery and Koko is doing way better than we thought she would. Still a ways to go, but she will be fine.
