We had to bring in our rat terrier due to it being attacked by a neighboring pit bull. Our Pepper was taken care of very very well and we are very happy that he was in good hands and seems that he is going to be just fine. Plus, they've always been great for regular visits. I had a wellness appointment for my dog at noon. I didn't see the vet until 1:20pm. Totally unacceptable. An hour and a half late was stressing me and my dog out. And finally when the vet walked in, it was a rush rush situation since it was way past closing. First time meeting the vet, No smile, No hand shake, I told her I was very hard of hearing and she wouldn't communicate with me she communicated with the staff standing next to me. Dr. Culp and the rest of the clinic staff have just been awesome to us this week. We have a senior dog who was in critical condition after leaving him hospitalized with our previous vet for 24 hours, he was in worse shape when we picked him up than when he was admitted. Dr Culp had a correct diagnois and treatment within an hour. We have a houseful of pets and we have most definitely found new medical care for them with Seven Oaks. Read Less

I've vetted at Seven Oaks for over 20 yrs. The whole staff and Doctors have always been kind and respectful of me and my MANY dogs. I have emergency services and just the routine maintenance. We have a male Tabby that is diabetic and FIV+. He has been a patient of Seven Oaks for about 7 months. On Saturday 05/28/16 we woke up to him hiding in the bathroom having trouble breathing. His breathing sounded like rattling. We called Seven Oaks; they told us to bring him in even though there was only 1 vet on duty and had a full schedule that day. He was in an exam room within 10 minutes of arriving. Several tests were run and x-rays taken. The x-rays showed fluid around his heart, lungs and liver. He was given a diuretic shot while there and was given diuretic pills to take twice a day. Their office is closed on Sunday but they called at 11 AM Sunday to see how he was doing.
