Do love my veterinary team!!!
But thought this was the best opportunity to also post and extra special thank you to Dr. Jake for being adaptable ... we had some horse loading issues at home, and as such we either were going to be late to the clinic OR we asked if possibly the vet could do annual exams at the barn. Long story shortened, since we had numerous horses to attend to, the team was agreeable for an afternoon stop. Annual exams were completed without a hitch. Thank you / thank you for making this day a bit less stressful!!

We love and appreciate Dr Sarah and her staff at Janssens. They were compassionate, patient, and so understanding. When I took Dana in on that monday morning, I knew she wouldn't last long. But Dr. Sarah, never pushed us to put our fur baby down. We had another 2 weeks to love and care for Dana. When it was time, they made the worst day, at least as calm and relaxed as it could be. Checking out the first morning, I noticed a jar with little pieces of paper. I took one, stuck it in my wallet. Later that day I read it. A hand written, encouraging Bible verse. Being a Christian, it meant so much to know we had chosen the right people to take care of our Dana. I give them 5 stars. All around best vet.

My TWH had injured her eye sometime in the night. When I saw it I was really afraid that she had somehow lost her eye. I immediately called Janssen's and I was so happy to know that they would come out right away!!! This made me feel so much better,knowing help was on the way. And when she got here she was so caring and knowledgable that I was put at ease right away. She gave her a good check up and told me she could see her eye. I sighed with relief and she went to work on her. By the next morning Mary was so much better.Her eye looked normal. I continued putting the medicine the Dr. gave me and I am so thankful at the way she came so promptly!!! Thank YOU again!!!! Debbie

I've had horses for 25 years and thought my 21 year old mare which I had for 20 years was probably at the end of her life. She was diagnosed very quickly with a situation I had never experienced. I left her in their care and in 2 days she was back to normal. I was well informed of what was going on and treatment was started immediately. It was a great experience.

Jansen Veterinary Clinic is truly the best clinic I have gone too. A week or so ago I was faced with the unthinkable and had to put down my loving dog of 14 years. I being a ball of tears and full of emotions, the staff at Jansen's were very patient with me as we took final day photos. They even offered to take the pictures so all of us could be in the picture. They shared every step of the process with me and gave us time to say our goodbyes. They even gave us a choice in doing it indoors or outdoors so we could enjoy the sunny weather with my dog in his favorite environment. We choose outside. They even gave me his paw print in a clay impression mold . Thanks so much to all the staff. You made my hard unthinkable day easier. Then a week later they send a sympathy card with heart felt messages. The card made me feel so touched by their genuine caring ways. I would highly recommend them to be your veterinary clinic!

Though my horses have always been under your care, my dogs have not and today, I ask myself why. When you're used to the best, you expect the best!!! 5 Stars just isn't enough for you guys. I cannot say enough great things about Dr Scott and the folks at Janssens. almost 4 years ago now, my horse tore his eyelid so badly you couldn't tell if his eye was intact. He spent 17 days at Janssens having the lid repaired and the conjunctiva migrated from bottom to top. He had to wear a helmet because he wanted to rub the stitches out. His vision was saved and he has no visible scar. I was bracing myself for the bill, assuming I'd be paying them off for years, but it was beyond reasonable. I won't use anyone else.

Best vets by far! I have had the best experience with Dr. Thompson regarding my horses; he takes me through every step of the process when evaluating my horses, and makes sure that I am okay with what he wants to do. the entire staff is great including the small animal staff! My dogs LOVE visiting the clinic...my younger dog had to stay a while there when he was a puppy, and I knew he was in great hands. The experience I have had with this clinic has even inspired me to pursue pre-vet studies. They form a great relationship with customers, and I would never dream of taking my animals anywhere else!

The incredible staff at Janssen's has been there for us for years and we have been incredibly impressed with the level of care and compassion they have had for us and all our animals. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I have never felt that we were getting anything less than the absolute best care and treatment. The treatment we have received has been worth every penny, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family!

Dr. Thompson and Dr. Ernst have seen me and my treasured animals through some of the more horrific times and some of the happiest times. The level of professionalism and work ethic of all the vets and the staff combined with compassion and support place this clinic above them all. The "Schutt" family of 2 legged and 4 legged members will always be indebted to these wonderful people.

My TWH had injured her eye sometime in the night. When I saw it I was really afraid that she had somehow lost her eye. I immediately called Janssen's and I was so happy to know that they would come out right away!!! This made me feel so much better,knowing help was on the way. And when she got here she was so caring and knowledgable that I was put at ease right away. She gave her a good check up and told me she could see her eye. I've had horses for 25 years and thought my 21 year old mare which I had for 20 years was probably at the end of her life. She was diagnosed very quickly with a situation I had never experienced. I left her in their care and in 2 days she was back to normal. I was well informed of what was going on and treatment was started immediately. It was a great experience.

Jansen Veterinary Clinic is truly the best clinic I have gone too. A week or so ago I was faced with the unthinkable and had to put down my loving dog of 14 years. My dogs LOVE visiting the clinic...my younger dog had to stay a while there when he was a puppy, and I knew he was in great hands. I have used the wonderful vets at Janssen Veterinary Clinic for over 10 years. Dr. Thompson and Dr. Ernst have seen me and my treasured animals through some of the more horrific times and some of the happiest times. The level of professionalism and work ethic of all the vets and the staff combined with compassion and support place this clinic above them all. The "Schutt" family of 2 legged and 4 legged members will always be indebted to these wonderful people.
