Recently had to bring my cat, Bondo in on an emergency. I came in barefoot and without my purse. They were so caring and even though it did not end well and I had to say a final goodbye they were very caring and understanding. I had my cat in to be checked out because he was sick in July. The doctor there told me he was very healthy and she was surprised how healthy he was. I kept insisting something was wrong with him because he kept vomiting. She did X-rays but no blood work. She commented he was running a high fever but said nothing to worry about. She gave him a shot to stop the vomiting and sent us on our way. 6 weeks later he becomes sick again and this time they tell me he is so sick I have basically no choice but to put him down. He was only 8 years old and my best friend. Had him since the day he was born. Don't take your cat to these people please! They don't know what they are doing! Read Less

Dr. Kenneth Kaucic was exceptional with our African Grey parrot who is still very ill. He was very patient as he listened to my concerns and answered our questions very calmly. He spent more time with us than he could probably afford, but he made us feel very comfortable with his expertise and reassuring demeanor.
