NO!!!! THIS PLACE IS A STRICT NO!!! So we left our puppy for a night in this place. My puppy is 4 months old so when we dropped him we asked for a kennel tour which they said they cannot give. Then they said that they will have to vaccinated my pup for lepto. We said yes after they gave us all the ill effects of the Lepto disease. Later when I spoke our vet clinic (Sasso's) who said it was unnessary. Lepto is only given to dogs who drinks out of a puddle or muddy water and therefore to be safe Vet clinics give Lepto shots to big dogs who like play outside after 6 months and small dogs after a year. If a dog is given fresh water he doesn't need Lepto. The next day I receive a call from them stating that my dog has an ear infection and they want to run a few tests and give him antibiotics. I strictly said no and picked my dog up from that horrible place an took him to Sasso's for a consult. They examined my dog and said he was perfectly fine no infection, nothing. Sasso's did not even charge us for the consult. So stay away from that place. That's a place who wants to make money from innocent pets and loving pet parents. Read Less

My dog stayed here for 9 days for fall break -- they say if they stay over a certain amount of time they receive complimentary bath -- upon pick up - not bathed -- muddy mess frankly - smelled awful. Bedding was filthy - had to wash twice to get it clean -- had to turn around and go home for them to bathe him - was told they would call back in an hour -- made it back home and they called (so obviously not a good thorough bathing) (15 minutes at the most). Turned around and drove all the way back to find a wet unbrushed dog -- was not very happy. Was hoping for better! Read Less

A wonderful alternative to traditional dog sitting options. The facility was clean and spacious. The staff were great with answering questions and were so friendly. We loved that we could board our dogs together, and that they were let out to play and run around so frequently. We appreciated the "report card" we received when we picked up our dogs- it's those little extra touches that will ensure this facility has our business for years to come. Read Less
