Fantastic staff, family-friendly, comfortable, hospitable and reasonable. I can not recommend All-Star’s compassionate care highly enough. They are so patient and understanding with our two dogs, fairly nervous bigger types who are loving but don’t always love the vet. They took great care to acquaint both and get them to be comfortable in the environment and spend time talking to us rather than rushing in, bombarding the dogs and making them more nervous. We are always greeted promptly and warmly, with a minimum of administrative delays. The care our pets receive has been very personal and professional, and delivered in a state of the art facility with the latest technology and equipment. We are impressed that in spite of a very busy and demanding practice, the doctors and staff always take the time to talk with us, and contact us at home with lab reports or often just to follow up on the progress of treatment. The best place to take your furry family member(s). Very clean, professional, honest, and great customer service. My dog had a cracked tooth and required extraction and they performed the procedure with no complications. They also followed up more than once to check up on my big puppy by phone. The staff cares about you and your pet. Dr. Cloud was very thorough with explaining every detail of the procedure and what to expect and assured me that everything will be fine. We had an amazing experience this week with Dr. Clemens and Dr. Cloud. Our Goldendoodle, Wrigley got very sick on Christmas morning and was sick all week. Both of these amazing doctors took good care of Wrigley and she is now back to herself of eating, jumping, and playing with us. Thank you all at All-Star vet for taking such good care of Wrigley and making us feel so comforted during some scary moments this week. They called us with updates about her progress and concerns. We just had our first vet appointment with our new puppy, and Dr. Clemens along with the rest of the staff were amazing! They were so good to Ellie, and on her first visit she was given a complimentary nail trim. They also treated Ellie to a no-hide treat for her to chew on during the check-up. We are new to Indiana. We met Dr. King through our kids at school. When it came time to take our dog Finley to the vet, we decided to go with Dr. King. We recently switched from another vet for various reasons and I am happy to report that we are so, so happy we finally made the switch to All Star Veterinary Clinic! We have experienced excellent customer service, from the moment we walked in the door... they help you through the door, know your pet's name, and are genuinely happy to see you and your pet(s). I always felt "nickel and dimed" at my old vet... always pushing for such-and-such shots, some special food/diet for my pets, etc. I have never once felt this way at this vet. Several years ago my cat Linda was having a hard time breathing but our vet had moved so I had no idea where to take her. One of my friends called her vet, All-Star, and got me an appointment within an hour I was there and Linda was getting looked at. Linda was diagnosed with heart failure and I had two options. Long story short we got to have Linda with us for another year because of the medicine she was given. They let me love on her when it was time to say goodbye. Now I take all of my furbabies(3 cats & 2 dogs) to All-Star. Today I actually got to bring home my Alexander that Dr King did surgery on his bladder on Monday. I had brought him in on Saturday morning thinking that it was just a bad bladder infection. We're so happy to have him home and I'm so glad that we go to All-Star! I took my Dog to the vet today. It's been a long road with one of our dogs with her allergy issues (we think) in the last two years and recently her anal glands have been terrible to the point where they are bleeding out her rectum. When we arrived we were treated so nicely and I felt like everyone there truly cared and loved animals. Other places I have been to help figure out what is going on with her I feel like I have gotten the run around. The bill was way cheaper than I thought. We gone to banfield for the last year and a half and usually it's about 300 for every visit... clavamox alone was 165.00. But here it was less expensive and I felt like the doctor knew what she was dealing with. If we have to go the survey route I completely trust her! Thank you :) Read Less

I have been a client for quite some time, with three pets. My last experience, recently, was far less than satisfactory, I'm sorry to say. I took my Bengal cat in for an exam. The complaint was sneezing & coughing. Dr. King, whom we have always seen, was not in. We saw Dr. Clemens. She diagnosed mild respiratory distress & prescribed an antibiotic and a lysine supplement to boost the immune system. I was to pick up the antibiotic from Noblesville Low Cost Pharmacy (already an inconvenience.) I got the lysine supplement at All Star(probably a mistake as it was $45.) When I went to the pharmacy to pick up the drug about 2 hrs later they had not yet received the order...more delay...more inconvenience. They had to call All Star to get the RX. When I got home with the drug, I quickly discovered I was going to have difficulty administering it to a skittish, fairly large cat. So, I compromised by mixing it in his food. However, after two doses, the flimsy syringe provided by the pharmacy disintegrated, leaving me high and dry. Now we are into the weekend when no one is available to help. I ended up putting a few drops on top of his food (guessing at the amount because I had no measurement device.). I am totally frustrated and extremely dissatisfied with the whole experience. Although they called to follow up today, I doubt I will return to All-Star. I have talked with two friends who use other vets in the area, who have also left All-Star. It appears, although they are very nice, their fees are considerably higher than others. Oh, and I have forgotten to mention that this whole experience cost approx. $200! I have ignored the higher fees because I enjoyed the superior client experience, but after this last round, I am over that.Read Less

I think Dr King is a very good Veterinarian and the staff is friendly. What is always very disappointing is how much they charge. We just got charged $73 for an ear cleaning, nail trimming,  and anal gland drain. This took a total of about 10 minutes. After doing some research,  it's seems that their pricing is approximately 50%-100% more than other places. Read Less

This is absolutely the most amazing Vet in the US. I have been to vets all over Indianapolis, tried to find one in the San Francisco area. I was still not able to find one as good as Dr. King. The mannerism of Dr. King and her staff is unparalleled.  Her approach to medicine has yet to be matched in my travels.My poor oldest pug was diagnosed with large tumors. Dr. King removed the cancer and my baby is absolutely healthier than ever.I always look at 3 things the first time I visit at Vet. How clean it is. How they greet my Pugs.
