I took my Cavalier to Dr. Kronland this morning and had a great experience. He was very nervous but she and the staff were very kind and patient with him. They did a thorough exam and answered all questions I had. I later had a question about billing and both the staff and Dr. Kronland were very understanding and helpful. We're new to the area so it's a relief to have found this office on the first try. :)

From the warm greeting, to the thorough examination of my two pups, the visit was all around a great experience. Dr. Bundy was very knowledgeable and extremely down to earth, which instantly put my mind at ease! Highly recommend.

This place is wonderful! I tried several places before being recommended here which is close to home (bonus!). Staff is friendly, caring and compassionate. I love that it's a little smaller and independently owned so it has the small practice feel where they actually know you and your pet. That is important to me. No problems ever getting an appointment or using after hours number for emergencies and I feel like they always have me and my pet's best interest at heart. They even call to check on your animals after visits to make sure they are doing better, ask questions, followup, etc. That means a lot! Love Dr Bundy but we've seen all the doctors and they are all good.

We have taken our four dogs there multiple times and we have had nothing but great experiences with the staff. The staff is personable and it is a wonderfully small clinic. The doctors look at your pet and only your pet and make them their only focus. After having been to multiple other clinics, I can say for sure that my family will never go to anywhere else because these people are wonderful.

Westfield Veterinary Care has always went above and beyond to help me with my persian cats. My kitten Minnie Bell had a cloudy eye and it was bothering her before I went into work. I called them at 7:30 a.m. to get her appointment and she was seen by Dr. Bundy. She prescribed her medicine for her eye and she called me the next day to ask how Minnie Bell was doing with her eye and if she was eating, and moving around. Minnie has done well with the drops for her eye and its getting better within one day. They always call with blood work same day on a Saturday even. They saved my cat Oscar he is now on canned food prescription for kidneys. His levels are great and he is putting weight back on. They are the best!!!!
