My 3 year old German Shepherd needed to be neutered. He's a big boy and needed his nails clipped to because he simply won't let anyone do it. He also hadn't had his Spring washing. I called Dr. kleins office and they got him in within two weeks. The surgery was done and they had his medicine when I can to pick him up. Some places have staff that really act openly intimated by a large breed and did not. I was pleased with their care, office staff, follow up, attention to details and clipping those awful nails.

They somehow missed my dogs heart murmur each and every time she came in over her 13 years of life and misdiagnosed her pulmonary edema as allergies for months. But they were nice enough to send a sympathy card with her name spelled wrong after we spent an entire day at the emergency vet before we had to say goodbye to our baby girl who died of congestive heart failure.

They've been great and always prove excellent care for my fur babies. I recently had to make the hard choice to put my little wiener dog to sleep. It was very tough but the vet gave me great advice and everyone was great about it and understanding and they really cared. The staff is great and they'll treat your pups as if they were their own! Prices are also reasonable!

Not to say they are the ONLY good vet in the Quad Cities. But they are the ONLY one we will go to. It is your family member, right? Once you find somebody you trust and care for you, you keep going back.
Our boxer/husky had Parvo several years ago as a pup after only a couple days of having him. He was literally on his death bed... He had two options: vet hospital $1500 or home treatment both would work and we have medical staff in our family. They were SO CARING and loving for our animal! 48 hours later he would not have been with us today.
Dr. Klein & Dr. Hartman & their staff are great. We got our second dog and will NOT HESITATE to go anywhere else. Their prices are reasonable as well.
A vet (much like a doctor) will tell you if your animal is sick or overweight or has 48 hours left and needs treatment. The choice is always yours!
Don't be defensive, love & treat your animal, like they would you!! :) Two thumbs up for Klein and other Vets like them!

My 3 year old German Shepherd needed to be neutered. He's a big boy and needed his nails clipped to because he simply won't let anyone do it. He also hadn't had his Spring washing. I called Dr. kleins office and they got him in within two weeks. The surgery was done and they had his medicine when I can to pick him up. Some places have staff that really act openly intimated by a large breed and did not. I was pleased with their care, office staff, follow up, attention to details and clipping those awful nails.

They've been great and always prove excellent care for my fur babies. I recently had to make the hard choice to put my little wiener dog to sleep. It was very tough but the vet gave me great advice and everyone was great about it and understanding and they really cared. The staff is great and they'll treat your pups as if they were their own! Prices are also reasonable!
