We've been taking our Oscar here since April 2012 when we adopted him from the ARL and have been very happy with their services. There is no wait time and everyone is so friendly and pleasant to work with. Oscar had to have surgery to have a fat deposit removed by Dr. Curry that was as big as a chicken breast in his thigh. The folks at the Bondurant Animal Clinic are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We first brought our Corgi in when no one else could figure out why he was peeing blood for over a year. The vets quickly took care of him and helped us find a diet that works well for him. We just brought our Corgi back in for a skin infection and received the same quick and friendly service as before. They also accept Care Credit which can be rare. Their schedule is flexible and can always get us in quickly. I highly recommend this clinic! Read Less

Took both of our animals there first our dog because he stuck his head under the fence and got a scratch on his head. They couldn't clean it without sedating him which of course costed way more than we planned. Decided to try again with our cat when he needed declawed. I set an appointment over the phone and was told the 11th. I had to drag my toddler and the cat onto the office at 8 in the morning and was told they had me down for a week later on the 18th. So I had to do it all over again a week later in the rain and was still charged full price even after I requested a discount for the inconvenience. They also were inconsistent with who they called. They called both me and my husband while he was at work so I had to depend on my husband to tell me what was going on half the time. We like to support small town business but it seems that in the future we will not be supporting this one.Read Less

This Vet clinic fell short of my expectations. They lack the appropriate levels of communication required to provide effective medical care for a furry family member. I often felt as though I was not heard when explaining my pets symptoms. I got the impression they thought they were smarter than me and therefore unable to understand the whole picture of what was occurring with my pet. This clinic may be ok for vaccinations and common care but lack the capacity to perform at the expected level when working with complex medical needs. After 6 months with this clinic I found it necessary to establish our care with another vet due to their inability to communicate effectively and multiple misdiagnosis's. I see my pets as family members and expect my vet to treat them as such. It's a shame that vet continuing ed does not reinforce the need to have professional bedside manner. Read Less
