Took a baby squirrel there they have a rehab program and I take my pets here I love they do work with charity and help animals in need

Ambassador is the Best clinic for me to take my cats to when I have a problem with them! My cat Bella has a problem with UTI, and they find out right away or if not she will have to stay over night! Their prices are fair and reasonable! Happy to report that my Bella did have crystals in her urine which we are treating with antibiotics! So glad that they care about my cats as if they belong to them!

Great staff. My dog enjoys going to the vet. Especially when he gets nails done. He loves the girls there.

The staff were kind and knowledgeable. The vet doctor was nice and my cat didn't flip out as bad as I expected. The price is a little high on my pocket book, but we love our calico fur baby!

Doctor was great! He seemed very knowledgeable :-) the place was very clean and enough space to have multiple pets waiting to be seen. Would be a 5 star review, but one of the receptionist never made ...
Doctor was great! He seemed very knowledgeable :-) the place was very clean and enough space to have multiple pets waiting to be seen. Would be a 5 star review, but one of the receptionist never made eye contact and seemed annoyed with me, while I was checking my cat in for her appointment. I was new to the Clinic and she made me feel like did something wrong as soon as I walked in. Most all of the other staff seemed upbeat and very friendly. I guess make sure you look up from your computer screen and acknowledge the person you are talking to.

I usually love the service here but I have to tell you there is a staff member there that is completely rude. She is very unprofessional. She has a bad attitude and disrespectful to people. Her attitude gives this place a horrible taste in your mouth. I have more class then to name drop her. I'm sure everyone that reads this that has been there knows exactly who I'm speaking of.

Staff seems to be uncaring and unhelpful. I brought my dog in for vaccinations and they seemed to be annoyed with my asking of questions (I just wanted to make sure my little dog was getting everything that he needed given my wife generally handles his vet appointments). The vet did not even examine him, just gave him his shots.

The vet there is very nice, personable, and he really cares about your pet! Most importantly you can see how much he enjoys his job and that's important to me too when I'm looking for a vet for my pet...
The vet there is very nice, personable, and he really cares about your pet! Most importantly you can see how much he enjoys his job and that's important to me too when I'm looking for a vet for my pet. The rest of the staff is very nice too and knowledgeable. The facility is welcoming and clean. I would recommend it to anyone!

Ambassador is the Best clinic for me to take my cats to when I have a problem with them! My cat Bella has a problem with UTI, and they find out right away or if not she will have to stay over night! Doctor was great! He seemed very knowledgeable :-) the place was very clean and enough space to have multiple pets waiting to be seen. Would be a 5 star review, but one of the receptionist never made eye contact and seemed annoyed with me, while I was checking my cat in for her appointment. I was new to the Clinic and she made me feel like did something wrong as soon as I walked in. Most all of the other staff seemed upbeat and very friendly. I guess make sure you look up from your computer screen and acknowledge the person you are talking to.

I brought my dog in for vaccinations and they seemed to be annoyed with my asking of questions (I just wanted to make sure my little dog was getting everything that he needed given my wife generally handles his vet appointments).
