I took my 12 week kitty there last night. He was hypoglycemic with a Blood sugar of 23. He was dehydrated also. My kitty went back in to an almost unconscious state after about four hours. The vet was supposed to call me this am about blood work that was done yesterday. I called lifted two messages this am and not return call. The cost for lactate ringers and some dextrose was over 300.00. If they really cared about Cheshie money or not they would have contacted me back. I'm sad and disappointed because they seemed sweet and caring but I did let it be known that I could not afford much more than 300.00 dollars and funny that's what my bill was and didn't get a return call back.

The most excellent caring staff. Our 18 month old Boxer was beyond sick and needed a very expensive surgery that we couldnt afford. They let us put down a percentage of the total and let us make payments on the rest. Dr. Michael was beyond nice and caring. I cannot thank them enough.

First of all this vet clinic has two very wonderful and knowledgeable veterinarians Dr Michaels and Dr Pettis . With that being said their secretary / front office staff leaves much to be desired . We...
First of all this vet clinic has two very wonderful and knowledgeable veterinarians Dr Michaels and Dr Pettis . With that being said their secretary / front office staff leaves much to be desired . We have taken our dogs to this vet clinic for years and have had problems with their staff . We seriously considered finding a new clinic to go to but really like those two veterinarians . I wish I could give 5 stars but until they get replacements for the 2 bad apples in their front office staff I have to stick with the two stars . They have two front office staff members that are rude , Snide , vindictive and just horrible to deal with named Mellissa and Lisa. Unfortunately I have to judge the clinic as a whole and not just on the veterinarians.

Always caring, best service,&switched over years back when strobaens refused to treat our sick puppy after they said they would make room for her,(parvo)then changed their mind like she wasn't a member of our family but ONLY a dog😢&we should just put her down? After a night in the doggy ER &a fluid pouch under her skin she made a ful recovery.

Gentle, kind people and cost isn't horrible. I've used this place now a few times. They are great even with skittish animals and try to make them comfortable. I've seen them be compassionate with owners and hurt animals. I recommend them to everyone. LOVE THAT THEY ARE WALK IN!!

This is a great place to go! We had a severe emergency and my husband was panicking. I called 2 hours before they close usually vet clinics will turn you away because of the emergency and time. They took us in and was very kind to my husband, calmed him down and told us what they were doing at all times. I will defiantly recommend to EVERYONE!

I took my 5 & 1/2 month old puppy, Teddy, to this clinic today for his immunizations. The staff and Veterinarian were very professional, kind, gentle, and thorough. After dropping three times as much $$ at a West Omaha Vet's office, I can say that this place is just as knowledgeable and the Vet was great!! :) Thank you so much for seeing Teddy, Dr. Sitzman and your genuine love for all pets!!

They misdiagnosed my cat, who ended up dying as a result. I took him to another vet, and let them know the real diagnosis. They told me to never come back if I was going to go somewhere else. My cat ...
They misdiagnosed my cat, who ended up dying as a result. I took him to another vet, and let them know the real diagnosis. They told me to never come back if I was going to go somewhere else. My cat died three days later at the other vets. I took him home and put him in the back yard.I don't think I need to say more!

Over the last 10 years Dr. Michael has cared for four Greyhounds for us. Sadly, three of them have gone to the Rainbow Bridge. Each time, Dr. Michael came to our home to help them on their journey in the comfort of their own familiar surroundings. We have a new edition to our family (Greyhound #5) and he will be meeting Dr. Michael soon. We wouldn't trust the care of our dogs to anyone else. The entire staff at CBVC are wonderful folks who make us feel like family. Keep up the "greyt" work you all do. I know it has meant a lot to our family!

I took my 12 week kitty there last night. He was hypoglycemic with a Blood sugar of 23. He was dehydrated also. My kitty went back in to an almost unconscious state after about four hours. The vet was supposed to call me this am about blood work that was done yesterday. I called lifted two messages this am and not return call. Gentle, kind people and cost isn't horrible. I've used this place now a few times. They are great even with skittish animals and try to make them comfortable. I've seen them be compassionate with owners and hurt animals. I recommend them to everyone. LOVE THAT THEY ARE WALK IN!!

This is a great place to go! We had a severe emergency and my husband was panicking. I called 2 hours before they close usually vet clinics will turn you away because of the emergency and time. They took us in and was very kind to my husband, calmed him down and told us what they were doing at all times. I will defiantly recommend to EVERYONE!

They misdiagnosed my cat, who ended up dying as a result. I took him to another vet, and let them know the real diagnosis. They told me to never come back if I was going to go somewhere else.
