I took my 12 week kitty there last night. He was hypoglycemic with a Blood sugar of 23. He was dehydrated also. My kitty went back in to an almost unconscious state after about four hours. The vet was supposed to call me this am about blood work that was done yesterday. I called lifted two messages this am and not return call. The cost for lactate ringers and some dextrose was over 300.00. If they really cared about Cheshie money or not they would have contacted me back. I'm sad and disappointed because they seemed sweet and caring but I did let it be known that I could not afford much more than 300.00 dollars and funny that's what my bill was and didn't get a return call back.

First of all this vet clinic has two very wonderful and knowledgeable veterinarians Dr Michaels and Dr Pettis . With that being said their secretary / front office staff leaves much to be desired . We have taken our dogs to this vet clinic for years and have had problems with their staff . We seriously considered finding a new clinic to go to but really like those two veterinarians . I wish I could give 5 stars but until they get replacements for the 2 bad apples in their front office staff I have to stick with the two stars . They have two front office staff members that are rude , Snide , vindictive and just horrible to deal with named Mellissa and Lisa. Unfortunately I have to judge the clinic as a whole and not just on the veterinarians.

We have taken our dogs to this vet clinic for years and have had problems with their staff . We seriously considered finding a new clinic to go to but really like those two veterinarians . After a night in the doggy ER &a fluid pouch under her skin she made a ful recovery.

They misdiagnosed my cat, who ended up dying as a result. I took him to another vet, and let them know the real diagnosis. They told me to never come back if I was going to go somewhere else. My cat died three days later at the other vets. I took him home and put him in the back yard.I don't think I need to say more!

Over the last 10 years Dr. Michael has cared for four Greyhounds for us. Sadly, three of them have gone to the Rainbow Bridge. Each time, Dr. Michael came to our home to help them on their journey in the comfort of their own familiar surroundings. We have a new edition to our family (Greyhound #5) and he will be meeting Dr. Michael soon. We wouldn't trust the care of our dogs to anyone else. The entire staff at CBVC are wonderful folks who make us feel like family. Keep up the "greyt" work you all do. I know it has meant a lot to our family!

We have a new edition to our family (Greyhound #5) and he will be meeting Dr. Michael soon. We wouldn't trust the care of our dogs to anyone else. The entire staff at CBVC are wonderful folks who make us feel like family. Keep up the "greyt" work you all do. I know it has meant a lot to our family!
