Took my puppy here for a quick rabies shot because i had heard good reviews which is the only reason i didnt walk out. Yes it is quick and cheap, but the waiting room was super dirty, and the exam room looked like a garage. After the shot I go to grab my purse and notice there is a cat inside a carrier laying in its own vomit right beside the exam table. I personally will not be back. Read Less

Loved my first experience at Bell! I needed to get my bulldog updated on shots and I was able to simply walk in and get it done, no appointment needed. It was very quick and painless! I also wanted the Dr. to check the infected skin under my bulldog's nose wrinkle while we were there, and he was able to quickly look at it and prescribe some medications along with cleaning instructions for me do to in order to help her. DOC Brown, his son Kyle, and their family make pet healthcare affordable for all. They keep costs down by not offering credit or debit it is strictly cash or check. The are very caring and compassionate to our furry family members. You get a fill through exam for half the price of most. They unfortunately do refer out for most blood testing or internal issues not easily diagnosed. This again is to keep their fees affordable. Read Less

I've been going to Doc Brown for over 18 years no. Absolutely love this vet. Easy, no appointment neeeded , and he knows pretty much everything. Shots, etc. Are cheap. I've had more than a few pets tbtve needed surgeries over the years. Affordable and did a wonderful job. I will continue to come here even though his son's taking over. All doctors here are great with my past pets and current! They are quick, efficient and can answer all of my crazy fur baby questions. I love that they know breed specifics, even goldendoodles. I take my doodle to get her nails trimmed here. Their prices are affordable. The front desk women are friendly and hard-working! I prefer to use my card when paying for things so I rarely carry cash. This is a bit of hassle for me since they only accept cash or check, but it keeps the costs lower for all. Read Less

"No stars" all they are about is trying to make money. They didn't want to see the two kittens I have to figure out if they have worms. They wanted US to weigh our cats and give them medication they didn't even know what worms to treat. Red flag. A vet should see every animal regardless. So instead I took them to Kimberly Pines and they done a fecal sample and it was a completely different type of worms than what Bell was trying to control. Terrible ignorant people. I agree Dr. Brown was wonderful when I was putting my dog to rest and also Pam his assistant. Very gentle very Caring and reasonably priced.  They made me feel that I was making the right decision for the dog and that I was doing the best thing. Yea there fast and cheap......you get your money's worth I suppose. Seems to me there clueless about a dogs health. My dog was supposedly diagnosed with kennel cough and given a subscription to take daily,in the same visit they decided to give my dog a rabies vaccination since she was due. 3 days later she died. After that I did some research and found that it is very bad to give a dog any vaccination when there sick. It makes things much worse with severe side effects. I guess the clueless vet didn't know that, 3 days later she died, wether it was from the rabies shot or miss diagnosis is beyond me. Paid for a diag and poof she's gone. Thanks bell. Read Less

Positive experiences each time. Inexpensive, low key place that can accommodate your typical needs for your dog. Dr. Brown is a straight shooter and I always leave feeling comfortable with his treatment plan for my dog. My first visit to Bell Animal Hospital was today at 8AM. What a great service for our pets. Dr. Kyle (Dr. Brown's son) was efficient, kind, clear spoken. The clinic was clean and well run. Everyone was friendly. The cost was VERY affordable. (Note: they only take cash or checks to keep costs down). I really appreciate being able to take my little dog to a vet who is affordable and knowledgeable. Bell Animal Hospital will be my go-to as long as they are open for business. Clean, professional, and caring veterinary practice. They take first come first serve except for emergency cases. I brought both my cats that had severe digestive problems. The vet spent over twenty minutes examine the emesis of both cats with a small pick to determine why they kept throwing up. We had been to four other vets into the area with no results. THIS doctor found the problem, treated them, and helped develop a preventative plan for the future. They have been problem free ever since, and he only charged fifty dollars! Read Less

I think Dr. Bell is probably a really great vet. But I haven't really been a fan of his attitude towards me during our visits for puppy shots. Because my dog cried at getting shots, I got lectures on how I need to train him better. I'm pretty sure a lot of dogs cry when they get shots.... I'm pretty sure a lot of dogs cry in his office in general. You can hear A LOT waiting in the waiting room there. My other complaint would be that it's not 100% sanitary. When I put my dog up on the exam table there was a blood smear, presumably from the last patient.  I do love that the prices are dirt cheap though. Read Less

I've been really happy with this vet. I've been going there for the last 3 years and I've had no problems at all. He sees us very quickly even though he does walk ins. He has great prices and if you are just there to get a vaccine he doesn't charge a vet visit. For that I am extremely happy about my old vet charged 50 just to walk in the door plus all other expenses. Read Less

This is a no-frills setup for sure.  That said, the doctor is a real professional and he is practically giving away his services, because he really just cares about providing care to the community's animal population.  A friend told me the doc told her it's about making sure everyone can afford to give their animals proper medical attention.  I don't even think he charges for the office visit if you're already paying for a procedure or meds.He also won't just jump to a conclusion on the basis of ease of diagnosis or profit of procedure.  I was really impressed.  I had gone to his office on the advice of the same friend I just mentioned, because my "high-end" vet had recommended an $800 procedure for my cat, and I just couldn't afford it.  His second opinion was worth the visit.I think it's worth the visit if you love your animal... and if you don't like overpaying for a fancy office.  It's quick in-and-out, and the waiting area is small, but you'll get a proper diagnosis at a beyond fair price.  To that extent, I didn't give it five stars, cuz it was a low-budget, low frills operation, but don't let that sway you...
