The doctor was very informative and answered all of my questions about my new kitten and even offered her business card so I can call if I have more questions. I called last week with some concerns and the staff patiently answered them, didn’t push for me to come in as they felt it didn’t sound necessary, but I made an appointment since he needed shots and his first check up anyway. The staff loved him, helped walk him around and get him comfortable in a new place, and made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision to come here with my baby. I look forward to bringing the kitten I plan to adopt in a few weeks to this vet, as well as having all future care done wth this vet. They are wonderful, well worth the money, and very professional.

All of the drs are amazing to my babies Dr Brogren was especially helpful and caring when I came in with my cat who had saddle thrombus and ended up dying dr fields did surgery on my grandmas beagle to repair his ACL dr fields also spayed my dog Gypsy and she was acting normal the same day dr larue quickly figured out why Gypsy is sick and shes on the road to recovery I really appreciate you guys

Dr. Metzgar is wonderful! She is a very dedicated and knowledgeable professional. Her passion and love for pets is sincere and she always provides the best care for my pet. I receive follow up phone calls from her staff in a timely manner and Dr. Metzgar takes time to explain everything to me. Kimberly Pines is the best vet hospital in the entire QC area. Dr. Metzgar will be taking care of my daughter’s new puppy this Spring too!

Everyone seems to care about my critters and show that caring by listening to their mom, responding with concern or sharing a laugh over my funny pet story, and being courteous and professional in a personable manner. I've been going to Kimberly Pines with rescued/adopted pets since it opened. We feel welcome from the time we get in the door. The staff responds in the same manner to all their clients. Important to me is my pets will have the same vet for any scheduled visit so there is continuity of care. We love Kimberly Pines!!!!!!

They charge 20.00 dollar's more for senior dogs .and rushed out the door .I sat in the waiting room longer .than talking too the vet !! My dog was diagnosed with diabetes ketoacidosis . My bill 149.31 reading material ! And they never checked her sugar levels.the pharmacy asked if I new her sugar numbers so they can go over the medication .I am a first timer .I don't know I told her .The look on her face , she said their are other vet's that can better help you .good luck . So that is what I'm going to do find a better vet before I start the new medicine .

My chocolate lab was suffering from an ear infection, multiple allergies cropping up, and sore neck muscles. Dr. Brogren treated her, and I couldn't be more pleased! She diagnosed the problems and made a long term treatment plan. My fur baby is already feeling better! I have the upmost confidence in the care at Kimberly Pines. Dr. Brogren has great "bedside manner" and treated my dog kindly and gently.

We moved here about a year ago, and since then we have only taken our dogs here. They are a little on the higher priced side (it only cost us $30 for chipping at our old vet, here it is $60) but the care they give our dogs is wonderful. I took my youngest baby in this morning for her spaying and I wouldn’t take her just anywhere (she’s my spoiled princess lol). Thank you for taking care of my girl and our other fur babies!

Dr. Metzgar is by far my favorite vet I've encountered over the 13 years I've had my cats. She found a heart problem in one of my them early and has stabilized and prolonged her life because of it. She was always very honest about what I needed and didn't need to do. You can tell she truly loves her job by the way she treated my cats. I first came to Kimberly pines after another vet quoted dental for my cats at almost a grand and I paid well under half for both of my cats here. The staff upfront was always helpful and kind when I came in or called. I'm sad that I moved out of state and can no longer take my animals there.

The compassion love and kindness that was given to us when we had to say good bye to our little Koko was truly amazing. Dr Metzger Fix helped us so much in the process. It was so hard for us to let him go and she was right there with us telling us every step of what was going to happen. He is missed everyday. I want to thank Dr Kay Metzgar Fix and staff for all the care that was given to Koko during his years. I have been at Kimberly Pines for many years and they are great!

Inside is very well kept, clean and open. Staff is very kind and courteous and greeting with a warm smile. Also great on the telephone. Staff answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. They were even kind enough to answer my children's questions. My kitten was very well taken care of and treats with the utmost respect. $42.50 to walk in the door. Charged me $31 and some change to shave the 2"x2" patch of hair around a wound on my dogs leg (and $20 for an antibiotic that I dont need). In and out in less than 30 minutes with $93.00 less in my pocket. They didnt even wrap my dogs leg with gauze or anything and told me to go to Walgreens to buy a wrap for it. You would think after charging a customer almost a hundred dollars to check out a cut they would at least wrap the wound. I went to this vet from a family referral - I will not be going back. Ever. Neither will the person who referred me. Go somewhere else where they care about the animal and the customer, not just about money.

We have been taking our cats to Kimberly Pines Vet Hospital for so long Dr. Moulton and the staff feel like family. Every animal is treated with gentleness and genuine concern, and the staff is great at keeping you updated on your pet's condition when they're hospitalized. The vets are very knowledgable and compassionate, especially during that difficult visit when it's time to say goodbye to a beloved pet. I always feel confident that my cats are in good hands. Very highly recommended!

Dr. Metzgar is by far my favorite vet I've encountered over the 13 years I've had my cats. She found a heart problem in one of my them early and has stabilized and prolonged her life because of it. She was always very honest about what I needed and didn't need to do. You can tell she truly loves her job by the way she treated my cats. I first came to Kimberly pines after another vet quoted dental for my cats at almost a grand and I paid well under half for both of my cats here. The staff upfront was always helpful and kind when I came in or called. I'm sad that I moved out of state and can no longer take my animals there.

The compassion love and kindness that was given to us when we had to say good bye to our little Koko was truly amazing. Dr Metzger Fix helped us so much in the process. It was so hard for us to let him go and she was right there with us telling us every step of what was going to happen. He is missed everyday. I want to thank Dr Kay Metzgar Fix and staff for all the care that was given to Koko during his years. I have been at Kimberly Pines for many years and they are great!

Kimberly Pines has an excellent and caring staff. The staff has a warm and soothing presence that is beneficial and calming for my pet. I highly recommend them.

Inside is very well kept, clean and open. Staff is very kind and courteous and greeting with a warm smile. Also great on the telephone. Staff answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. They were even kind enough to answer my children's questions. My kitten was very well taken care of and treats with the utmost respect. We were treated in a kind and efficient manner and all explanations were at w very understandable level. Thy care greatly for animals and their families!

$42.50 to walk in the door. Charged me $31 and some change to shave the 2"x2" patch of hair around a wound on my dogs leg (and $20 for an antibiotic that I dont need). In and out in less than 30 minutes with $93.00 less in my pocket. They didnt even wrap my dogs leg with gauze or anything and told me to go to Walgreens to buy a wrap for it. You would think after charging a customer almost a hundred dollars to check out a cut they would at least wrap the wound. I went to this vet from a family referral - I will not be going back. Ever. Neither will the person who referred me. Go somewhere else where they care about the animal and the customer, not just about money.

We have been taking our cats to Kimberly Pines Vet Hospital for so long Dr. Moulton and the staff feel like family. Every animal is treated with gentleness and genuine concern, and the staff is great at keeping you updated on your pet's condition when they're hospitalized. The vets are very knowledgable and compassionate, especially during that difficult visit when it's time to say goodbye to a beloved pet. I always feel confident that my cats are in good hands. Very highly recommended!
