Beth, Steph, mama Mindie and Dr. Mulch did a wonderful job with our sweet boy. Post adjustment, his pain had visibly lessened (immediately), and when we went outside he promptly went both potties! The staff at Whitehaven has been God sent. A little over 6 years ago I was given a puppy that was just a few weeks old. Not being in the financial situation to afford her shots, I took her to an office that I was told was 'affordable". Well... you get what you pay for in that instance... and my poor little puppy became very sick very fast. Not knowing anything about Whitehaven at the time, I took a risk and showed up there with my puppy to see if they could figure out what was wrong with her. After all of the testing came back, I had a very hard decision to make, as her tests showed that she had the deadly Parvo virus. I chose to try to save her, and thank God I did!! She is alive and healthy as ever today! I said all that to say this... Whitehaven's exam and shot prices did not differ hardly at all from that other scary office, they are clean and very professional, very friendly and make you part of their family. As long as I live in this area, I will always be a client at Whitehaven and I highly recommend their services to anyone else that has animals in their family. THEY ARE THE BEST! Read Less

The staff and Dr. Mulch have been so helpful to my 7 year old aussie/border collie, Kozmo. I had taken him to another vet and they told me he needed spinal surgery that I cannot afford. After getting what felt like the cold shoulder at another veterinary facility, it was wonderful to go to Whitehaven and be treated almost like family! Dr. Mulch and staff always make me and my pets feel like they are happy to see us and concerned for my cats' well being. When I had to put one cat to sleep, they were almost as devastated as I was. Herman and I would like to thank the staff of 17 who individually signed and sent messages of condolence and good wishes with Big Buddy's passing, which we received Thursday. After 20 years with Dr. Mulch and the Whitehaven Vet Center we believe we can state unequivocally they are caring, consistent and loving in their care for our greyhounds (3 of them) and have been shown compassionate care beyond the expected. They also showed great care and planning in our struggles through the choice of euthanasia after their excellent assistance with our home hospice choice for 4 months. The addition of the paw-print plate made at his death, and the return of the ashes for burial is much appreciated. We are confident in the continued care of Baby Doll and any problems that arise.
