Just yesterday I had to have my best friend, my amazing 15 yr old dog named Monkey, put to sleep. I wanted monkey to be at home for this procedure. The doctor came to my home and was very calm and easy with my pal. The doctor administered the meds as I held my phone to my dogs ear so my mom could say a prayer. During this time the doctor and her assistant were courteous and did not say a word. As I was grieving, the doctor put her hand on my back and let me grieve for as long as I needed, never once acting rushed or impatient. My pal used to go to her for vet care when we lived on that side of town and if we lived In that area again, she would be the ONLY vet we would use! Thanks again! Read Less

Friendly, caring staff; feel like my pets are safe and will get the best of care when I take them or leave them there. The dogs eagerly walk into the clinic and are not afraid. I love how kind, caring and personable Dr. Lisa, as well as the staff are. I brought a stray cat that adopted us when we bought our house to her for his rabies shot and check up. The care she showed to him was all I needed to see for me to want to bring my two dogs and two inside cats to her practice, even though I was using another vet. They basically prey on your fear of losing your pet. They nickel & dime you to death. She charges 3x as much for her services than other places. She wanted to charge me 189.00 for lab work for bladder stones. My new vet charged me 33.00 and same exact lab. She told me my dog needed to be on special food for kidney failure. My new vet advised after blood work my dogs kidneys are fine & the special food is actually giving my dog high cholesterol. She will mentally and financially drain you. Really over priced Read Less

They are the best staff I could have ever asked for to take care of my babies. They have saved both of my dogs lives more than once. I know for a fact how mug Dr. Williams cares about my dogs. We just brought our puppy Beau home from Dr. Lisa and Tim's litter from Latte their female black lab. We are so excited and thrilled to have met Dr. Lisa and Tim and daughter Lexie. Their care was absolutely fab. and their staff very friendly, kind and compassionate. I took my dog to the groomer at the pet hospital.  Although the staff is very friendly and welcoming, I must say that my dog's haircut was TERRIBLE.  My five-year-old cousin could've done a better job than the "professional" at the pet hospital.  His cut was a mess; he had patches of skin exposed all of his body, and his beard was completely lopsided.  Yes, my dog may not be the biggest fan of getting groomed, but even he was depressed after having to live with his awful haircut.  He looked rabid.
