Thank you for taking such good care of my old man today! He loved all the attention and treats he got and I’m so relieved he is in good health and hopefully some pain medicine will help him feel like a puppy again! Dr. Thatcher and the tech were great and took the time to discuss all the options.

I have had Dr. Thatcher take care of my pets for over 15 years. The staff were all wonderful when my first cat died in 2000. They have worked with my two other cats for 14 years and have been amazing....
I have had Dr. Thatcher take care of my pets for over 15 years. The staff were all wonderful when my first cat died in 2000. They have worked with my two other cats for 14 years and have been amazing. Our newest addition Charlie (Border Collie)has been well taken care of as well by Dr Thatcher and staff. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else!

Excellent Experience! I called on a whim after passing by the office and they were able to get my dog in the same day for stitches after she received a small laceration in her leg. They were so kind, helpful, and quick. They were great with communication. Prices were very reasonable. Overall, such a great place.

Disappointed the vet allowed me to purchase Frontline not just once but twice for my cat ! I later learned from another vet that frontline is no longer effective on fleas. Yet after calls to them abou...
Disappointed the vet allowed me to purchase Frontline not just once but twice for my cat ! I later learned from another vet that frontline is no longer effective on fleas. Yet after calls to them about this being ineffective , they let me purchase a 2nd dose.after 2nd round and another call from me they offered me a capsule that kills fleas immediately but not residual and wanted to charge me an office visit fee to assist me getting my cat to swallow the capsule. Never once did they recommend an effective topical treatment ! I was recommended by another vet which worked and is still working.

They were able to cut my dog's toenails without issue. However. I took a lost dog here to have it scanned for a microchip. They made me wait forever, and didn't appear to be doing anything but squabbling with each other. They finally got to me and after a quick pass said that he did not have a chip. I felt like they barely tried to get a reading. Later, I found out he DID have a chip. So, was it user error or was it lack of caring or was it faulty equipment? What else do they do half heartedly that hinders an animal's progress? I'm still angry about this.

Excellent Experience! I called on a whim after passing by the office and they were able to get my dog in the same day for stitches after she received a small laceration in her leg.
