Although I did not use their services I still need to write this. The receptionist that answered my call was the best. It was my 13th call trying to get my cat seen. I was worried , frantic and crying. She took the time to listen. She heard the list I had called. Then she gave me three more places. Three places she said she would use. One of those saved my cats life. Without her we never would have thought of there. So THANK YOU for the amazing, caring and knowledgeable receptionist. You helped save my cats life. I'm sorry I didn't get your name. If the receptionist is that good I can only believe the rest of the staff is too.

I have been taking my pets to this vet for 15 years. I love them and trust them completely. I will go nowhere else. I have over the years referred many friends and acquaintances to them, I don't know why it took me this long to write a review. They have always treated myself and my pets with the utmost care and respect. The cost has always been reasonable, sometimes much better than expected. I feel they are always looking out for my pets best interest. I have on occasions over the years called them unexpectedly and they either let me bring my pet in right away or get me in as soon as they are able. I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time, for anything. When I have a concerned they never put me off if I call, they are always willing to take the time to talk to me about the issue and decide whether or not I need to bring one of my pets in to be seen. If you want to take your pet somewhere where you know they will get the best care by a wonderful vet and staff, I highly recommend Highland Park Animal Hospital. Thanks so much for all your wonderful care over the years!
